Hotel Description

You know what really surprised me about this place? It’s actually in one of those neighborhoods where real Varsovians live, not just the touristy Old Town bubble everyone gets stuck in. Wola used to be pretty industrial – honestly, it still has that vibe in some spots – but this particular stretch of Sławińska feels like it’s caught between the old Warsaw and the new one sprouting up everywhere. The building itself is solid, nothing fancy from the outside, but once you’re inside these apartments, you realize someone put real thought into making them work for people who are actually living there for a while, not just crashing for a night.

I mean, the AC was a lifesaver during my July stay (Warsaw summers can be brutal, and a lot of older buildings just… don’t have it), and the whole pet-friendly thing isn’t just marketing speak – they actually mean it. I saw people walking their dogs in the courtyard area, and there’s this little patch of green space nearby where I watched a guy teaching his puppy to sit. The apartments themselves feel more like someone’s well-organized home than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen actually has proper pots and pans, not those sad little sets you usually get, and there’s enough counter space to spread out if you’re the type who likes to hit the local markets and cook. Speaking of which, there’s a Żabka just around the corner for those late-night snack emergencies, and if you walk maybe ten minutes toward the center, you’ll hit some proper grocery stores and this bakery that does incredible pączki – though good luck getting there before they sell out on weekends.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re still properly in the city. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional tram rumbling by (the nearest stop is maybe a five-minute walk), but it’s not that constant urban buzz that keeps you up. The whole area feels lived-in rather than touristy, which means you get a better sense of what Warsaw actually feels like day-to-day. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but everything works the way it should, the wifi doesn’t cut out during video calls, and honestly, the value is pretty solid for what you get. Check-in was straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming the exact process beforehand since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. One small thing – the building entrance can be a bit tricky to spot if you’re arriving after dark, so maybe save the address in your phone’s maps ahead of time. But once you’re settled in, you’ll probably find yourself feeling more like a temporary local than a tourist, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Warsaw’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with modern amenities, perfect for business travelers wanting to experience daily life in this rapidly developing European capital.

Reviews

  • Exceptional – Мария from Ukraine – June 26, 2025 (10/10)

At first we thought everything was very far away, but after a couple of days everything turned out to be close. The apartments are small, but everything is very well thought out and comfortable. We will come again)))

What could be improved: I didn't like the neighbors upstairs. They were noisy every night. It felt like they were jumping rope. But that didn't ruin our stay there)))

  • Good – Gregory from Canada – October 2, 2024 (7/10)

Good location, very clean and comfortable

What could be improved: The lobby smells like garbage
    there was no wifi connection

  • Nice apartment to stay near the Warsaw West station – Gleb from Belarus – July 5, 2024 (9/10)

Very convenient location, nice staff who responded quickly, a lot of useful things like AC, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle etc. Nice apartment overall
    I recommend to stay here

What could be improved: 1) A safe didn't close (or it's me just didn't understand something)
    2) llittle noise isolation troubles (I heard neighbours from a left apartment, especially in a bathroom)
    3) and the last moment is a chandelier near the kitchen that hung too low so I accidentally hit my head on it several times

    Room equipment, room itself, support

    What could be improved: Pillow

  • Very Good – Mohammed from Sweden – March 9, 2024 (8/10)

    It was clean and good

What could be improved: Lack of some simple things in the kitchen

  • Not as good as expected, but can be improved – Takács from Hungary – March 28, 2024 (8/10)

The location was okay, there is a train station just within few minutes by walk, and from there the centre is just 1 stop away. The check in was smooth and easy, they replied quickly for all my questions. The apartment itself looked nice, and it has evertyhing for a short stay.

What could be improved: Upon our arrival the sofa bed was not made, and the reservation was for 4 people. We have found the extra bedding in the cabinet but it looked used, and it was covered with hairs.
When we opened the sofa it was really dirty, full of stains and hairs.

  • It was good for 3 nights but not longer than that… we picked this apartment because dogs were allowed. The next time we‘ – Beatriz from Germany – September 1, 2024 (7/10)

There‘s an AC, it‘s 5 minutes walk from Warszawa Zachodnia. It‘s 30 Minutes with walk and tram to the main city. We liked the location, it was quiet. The apartment is big, check in is very easy u‘ll get the password for the lock. There is a vacuum, washing machine, hanging rack,
Ironing board and iron, a dishwasher with tabs, utensils, and cooking pan and pot.

What could be improved: The beddings were not clean, or maybe it was cleaned too long ago. There were cocoons of bugs on the beddings, it didn’t smell freshly washed. The Sofa bed has stains on it, in the middle of the crack of the sofa there were crumbs of foods, underneath the sofa there was a popcorn ( we didn’t have popcorn at all) there was only stuff given for a day supply ( a tissue roll, garbage bags, shampoos and coffee tea etc) so you need to buy them all if u used them up.

  • Not so clean apartment with details problems – Honza from Czech Republic – May 21, 2025 (6/10)

Small kitchen in apartment was nice, there's washing machine and laundry. Bathroom has Bathtub. Bed was clean and comfy (sofa wasn't..)

What could be improved: Our check in was delayed, we waited for cleaning lady to finish. In bathroom there's a socket for liquid soap, no soap was there. Probably used towel was left there in bathroom as well. Television isn't smart, can't have netflix, YouTube, and so on there. The worst was that sofa had spots of unidentified origin. There was an attempt from cleaning lady to clean it, but it was still there, two spots like this. In bedroom you don't have space to cross the bedroom to other side, because bed takes all the space. I still enjoyed the stay, but those details aren't small enough for me

  • Actually, it was the worst stay in our life. – Anastasiya from Poland – February 21, 2024 (3/10)

What could be improved: Actually, it was the worst stay in our life.
It was quite good starting but that's all. When we arrived, we've started to face with annoying issues one by one.

First of all, we were with our dog and preciously we always let her investigate the apartment we stay in. In this case it was no exception. In a few minutes we heard the strange chewing. Guess what? The chips just under the sofa, she found it and started to eat.. She has an allergy and accept to eat only hypoallergenic food. But that's not all, she found each minute something to eat. That was awful. I don't think this apartment was event cleaned at all.

When I looked under the sofa and then under the bed, I was terrified. Toys, garbage, all that under the furniture.

In the end, I've had to clean it by myself instead of chill and work as I've imagined.

One more thing, after all this, we found that our Wi-Fi isn't working, I've contacted to host and for few days got the same answers. On our last day, they sent to us the man who just looked and reset the router. It sisn;t help and he just left with the words "I cannot do anything with it".

That's absolutely not that level of service that we were looking.
