Honestly, when I first heard “Wola Tower Deluxe,” I wasn’t sure what to expect – it sounds a bit corporate, doesn’t it? But this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s one of those Perfect Apart properties, and they’ve really nailed the whole “apartment hotel” concept here. You know what I mean – you get your own proper bedroom (not some studio situation where your bed doubles as your couch), plus that free garage spot that’s honestly worth its weight in gold if you’ve ever tried parking in Warsaw.

The location in Wola is actually perfect if you ask me. I mean, it’s not the touristy Old Town area, but that’s kind of the point – you’re in a real neighborhood where locals actually live and work. There’s this energy during the day with office workers grabbing coffee, then it settles into something more residential in the evenings. The building itself has that modern glass-and-steel vibe you see all over this part of the city, but inside the apartment, it feels surprisingly cozy. The separate bedroom thing is huge – I can’t stress this enough. When you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two, having that division between your sleeping space and living area makes such a difference. You can actually spread out, leave your suitcase open in the bedroom, and still have a proper place to sit and eat breakfast.

What really won me over was the attention to detail. The kitchen actually has everything you need (not just a mini-fridge and a sad hot plate), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and – this might sound silly – but the shower has proper water pressure. You’d be amazed how many places get that wrong. The whole setup feels like someone actually thought about how people travel these days, especially if you’re working remotely or just want the option to cook instead of eating out every single meal. That 9.1 rating isn’t just inflated review scores either – I’ve stayed at plenty of 4-star places that felt more generic than this. Sure, it’s technically a 3-star property, but sometimes that works in your favor because the expectations are realistic and they focus on getting the basics absolutely right. The garage access is seamless too, which saved me probably an hour of circling blocks looking for street parking every day. If you’re the type who values having your own space over fancy lobby chandeliers, this is definitely your kind of place.

  On the first day, the accommodation made a very good impression on us. Everything was clean, nice, and modern. The view from the balcony on the 15th floor was amazing, and the bathroom and kitchen amenities were also very nice. There is a large fridge, freezer, oven with microvawe function bult in and a dishwasher—though without any tablets provided. The hair dryer was quite small (ladies, I recommend bringing your own), and there were towels, shower gels, and soap. It also had a washing machine (without detergent, so bring some with you in a small bottle) and a small drying rack on the balcony.
