You’re about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town (or a quick tram ride if you’re feeling lazy), and the neighborhood has this lived-in feel that’s way more authentic than staying right in the tourist bubble. The building itself has character – you know, that solid European apartment building vibe with thick walls that actually keep the street noise out, which is pretty crucial since Żytnia can get busy during rush hour.

The apartment itself lives up to that 9.2 rating, and I mean that. Walking in, there’s this warm, woody aesthetic that feels deliberately cozy without trying too hard – think Scandinavian meets Polish practicality. The kitchen is actually functional (not just for show like some places), and they’ve got proper coffee-making equipment, which honestly saved my mornings more than once. What really won me over was the attention to small details – decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and outlets positioned where you’d actually want to plug things in. The WiFi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done or just want to video call home without pixelated frustration.

But here’s the real game-changer – they’ve got parking included, and if you’ve ever tried to park in Warsaw, you know that’s basically like finding treasure.   Apartament mare.
  Are loc de parcare subteran, se poate urca cu liftul.
  Este localiat aproape de centru orasului.
  Apartamentul este modern, are tot ce ai nevoie; bucatarie utilata, masina de spalat, balcon, 2 dormitoare separate, baie mare, mobilierul este nou si modern, paturi confortabile.
  Poti gati in apartament, are frigider, plita, cuptor, gasesti vase de bucatarie, vesela, tot ce ai nevoie.
  Lift chiar langa apartament.
  
  What could be improved: M-am simtit ca intr-o misiune din GTA 5 pana am gasit cheile de la apartament si am reusit sa deschidem poarta de la parcarea subterana.

  God plassering. Ikke langt fra gamlebyen. Rolig strøk. Fikk følelsen av å bo som de lokale. Leiligheten hadde fin utsikt og var stor. Deilig balkong. Matvareforretning rett ved.
  
  What could be improved: Dårlig vasket. Vaskemaskinen virket gammel og ikke innbydende å bruke. Det var såpeskuffen var helt stappfull. Måtte ordne dette for jeg kunne sette på vask. Det var ikke såpe inni såpebeholderene på kjøkkenet og på badet. Vi ordnet dette selv. Det var ikke mulig å låse seg ut av leiligheten uten nøkkel fra innsiden. Dersom man låser døren og noen er fremdeles i leiligheten kan de ikke låse seg ut. Vanskelig å forstå hvordan man fant inngang ut i fra beskrivelsen vi ble tilsendt.
