Okay, so I’ll be honest – when I first saw that ridiculously long name for this place, I almost scrolled past it. But you know what? Sometimes the best finds have the worst marketing, and this little apartment on Woronicza Street is actually a gem if you’re looking for something that feels more like staying at a friend’s place than another sterile hotel room. The location in Mokotów is pretty sweet – it’s one of those Warsaw neighborhoods that locals love but tourists haven’t completely discovered yet. You’re far enough from the Old Town chaos to actually get some sleep, but close enough that a quick Uber or tram ride gets you anywhere you want to be. Plus, and this is huge in Warsaw, you get your own parking spot. I mean, anyone who’s tried to park in this city knows that’s worth its weight in gold.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious for European standards – the separate bedroom is a real bedroom, not some curtained-off corner situation. The balcony isn’t massive, but it’s perfect for morning coffee or an evening beer, and honestly, just having that outdoor space makes such a difference when you’re traveling. The self check-in thing works exactly like it’s supposed to (shocking, I know), and the whole place feels clean and well-maintained. You can tell someone actually cares about this property instead of just collecting rental fees. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street or hit up the bigger Carrefour nearby – which, by the way, is perfect because eating out for every meal in Warsaw can get expensive fast, even though the food scene here is incredible.

What really sold me on this place though was how quiet it gets at night. Woronicza isn’t a main thoroughfare, so you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise, but you’re also not stuck in some dead zone where nothing’s walkable. There’s this great little café called Coffee Heaven about five minutes away that does proper breakfast, and if you’re into running or just want to stretch your legs, Pole Mokotowskie park is close enough for morning jogs. The tram connections are solid too – line 14 gets you to the center without any transfers, which saves you from navigating the metro with luggage. Look, it’s not the Four Seasons, and the building itself is pretty standard communist-era architecture (welcome to Warsaw), but inside it’s cozy and functional. The 8.2 rating makes sense – it delivers exactly what it promises without any fancy surprises, good or bad. If you want character and convenience without paying tourist prices, this is your spot.

  Liked the location and the size of the apartment.
  There was an issue with the sewerage when we checked in. I contacted the owner and the issue was resolved within 2 hours on a Saturday. The response from the owner was fast and they immediately took action.
  
  What could be improved: We were 4 people traveling, but there were only two blankets. One of which wasn't big enough for 2 people.

  What could be improved: Bad instructions provided by the host. There are no ABC entries. Gate by the entrance was closed (no instruction) . To pick up the garage opener to enter the facility, you need to get to the apartment which is not easily accessible. Parking spot is not in the same area as the apartment, very inconvenient with the family and baggages

  What could be improved: Flat is empty: no coffee, tea or shampoo in shower. Frying pan is dirty. Tried to use waffle maker to cook an omelet – circuit breaker tripped. Taking shower makes whole floor a lake since no shower curtain. Surprisingly there is kid bed but no linens, so useless.

  What could be improved: Brak drugiej kołdry lampek nocnych. Trochę drobnych usterek, które źle wyglądały. Dużo pozostałości po poprzednich mieszkańcach, które zalegały w szafkach w kuchni i szafie w sypialni.
