It’s a solid 3-star spot that does what it says on the tin without any fancy pretenses. The building sits on this quiet stretch of Woronicza street, and you know what? That’s actually a blessing because you’re close enough to everything but far enough from the tourist chaos in the Old Town. The rooms have that clean, minimalist vibe – think IKEA but done well, with decent beds and surprisingly good blackout curtains that’ll save you if you’re dealing with jet lag.

What I really appreciated about this place is how it feels more like staying in a proper Warsaw neighborhood rather than some sterile hotel bubble. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner (trust me, you’ll become best friends with Polish convenience stores), and the whole area has this lived-in feeling where you’ll see actual Varsovians going about their daily business. The staff at check-in were refreshingly straightforward – no overly enthusiastic “welcome to our magnificent property” nonsense, just efficient people who knew their stuff and could actually give you decent directions to places. Parking was easier than I expected, though you might have to circle the block once or twice during busy periods. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, which is perfect if you’re trying to recover from exploring the city all day, but it also means you’ll want to grab dinner elsewhere since your late-night food options are limited to delivery apps.

Here’s the thing about Mokotów – it’s where a lot of locals actually live, so you get this authentic slice of Warsaw life that’s honestly more interesting than staying near the palace or main square. You’re about a 15-minute tram ride to the center (the tram stop is a short walk away), and honestly, the public transport connections are solid once you figure out the system. The hotel itself has this no-nonsense efficiency that I found oddly comforting – everything works, the WiFi doesn’t drop out every five minutes, and the shower has proper water pressure. It’s not Instagram-worthy fancy, but after a long day of walking around Warsaw’s cobblestone streets, you’ll appreciate having a reliable base that doesn’t cost a fortune.   The apartment is good. Has practically everything you need: table with chairs, good heating, good ventilation, nice room lights. For a few days of stay it is a solid choice.
  
  What could be improved: Changing kitchen plates will help future residents. Toilet seat could use some fixing too but those are not deal breaking issues.

  The apartment was very comfortable for two weeks. It looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, too. We'd definitely stay here again.

  Квартира хоча і маленька (на фото виглядає більше), зате дуже затишна . Заселення пройшло чудово в зазначений час.місце для парковки є.

  Местоположение хорошое, квартира находится в районе новостроек, тихий семейный район. В 7 мин ходьбы Бедрьонка, Жабка на каждом углу, Лидл не далеко. Остановка в 15 мин ходьбы.

  Fajnie, ze byla pralka i stosunkowo spory zapas papieru toaletowego. Suszarka do wlosow tez w porzadku.
  
  What could be improved: Brak klimatyzacji (4 pietro w wielkim miescie), telewizor starego typu wiec w sumie nie ma jak z niego skorzystac (na zwyklej telewizji rozlaczalo co kilka sekund). Z kuchni nawet nie korzystalam, brak zaufania do czystosci. Z lodowki smierdzialo, piekarnik uwalony a sprzatanie odbywa sie po lepkach. Pod prysznic tylko w klapkach. Rdza w oplywie.Zelazko przepalone. Rozumiem, ze nie ma co wielce inwestowac w apartament, ktory sie stale wynajmuje, ale czuje sie oszukana bo z wielu "udogodnien" nie moglam skorzystac bo byly do niczego. Plamy na sofie. Mieszkanie wymaga doglebnego czyszczenia i odswiezenia/wymiany kilku elementow. Na chwile obecna nie polecam.
