Woronicza Premium – Jungle Warsaw

You know what caught me off guard about Woronicza Premium? The name makes it sound like some stuffy business hotel, but honestly, it’s got this whole jungle theme going on that actually works. I mean, when I first walked into the lobby, there were these massive plants everywhere – not the sad, droopy kind you usually see in hotels, but proper tropical stuff that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into something completely different from the concrete sprawl of Warsaw outside.

The thing is, this place sits in a pretty residential area on the south side of the city, which means you’re not dealing with the tourist crowds or honking trams at all hours. Actually, that was one of my favorite parts – I could walk out in the morning and grab coffee from this little local spot around the corner where half the customers were clearly regulars arguing about football in Polish. The hotel itself has that solid 4-star feel without trying too hard to impress you with marble everything. The rooms are spacious (and I mean actually spacious, not “European spacious”), and they’ve committed to the jungle theme without making it cheesy – think natural wood, earth tones, maybe a few too many plant prints on the walls, but it grows on you. The bed was properly comfortable too, which honestly surprised me since some of these themed places seem to forget that people actually need to sleep.

What really sold me on this place was the service – it’s got that sweet spot where the staff clearly care about what they’re doing, but they’re not hovering around trying to anticipate your every need. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to give actual recommendations (not just the tourist traps), and when I had an issue with the air conditioning, someone was up to fix it within twenty minutes. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not perfect, mind you. The elevator’s a bit slow, and depending on which room you get, you might hear some street noise in the early morning when the delivery trucks start their rounds. But for Warsaw, especially if you want something that feels different from the standard hotel experience, this jungle concept actually delivers. Plus, you’re close enough to hop on public transport and be in the old town within thirty minutes, but far enough away that you feel like you’re staying somewhere with actual character instead of just another glass box downtown.

  be very careful with the owner!!!
  The apartment had no problems! The main problem of the owner was that I think they are a fraudulent couple who want to take money from people under false pretenses! After the complete delivery of the art, the owner gave me several messages and asked me for huge and ridiculous sums of money for the damage! He stated that you damaged the rechargeable battery of the vacuum cleaner because the envelope was full, which is a really ridiculous reason. He also sent a photo of the inside of the closet, the board of which was not worth 10 euros, and the board was damaged, while Khushan used to be the vase. Wet soil was placed under it, which can be seen in the photo, and its humidity caused damage, and he demanded about 100 euros for a worthless board! He also demanded about 300 euros from me for not opening the cabinet under the toilet and said that you have poured water here and it won't open!
  In short, be very careful with the owner!!!
