You know what caught me off guard about Woronicza Premium? It’s one of those places that doesn’t look like much from the outside – honestly, I almost walked past it twice – but once you’re inside, you realize they’ve put serious thought into making this feel like an actual home rather than just another sterile hotel room. The apartment setup really works here, and I mean that in the best possible way. You get a proper kitchen (not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), decent counter space for spreading out your stuff, and – this was huge for me – enough room to actually unpack without living out of a suitcase for days.

The location on Woronicza street is pretty solid if you know Warsaw at all. You’re far enough from the tourist chaos around the Old Town that you can actually sleep at night, but close enough to hop on public transport and be anywhere that matters in about twenty minutes. There’s this little grocery store practically next door that saved me multiple times when I needed basics, and the whole neighborhood has that lived-in feeling where actual Varsovians go about their daily lives. Parking was surprisingly painless too – they’ve got spots available, which honestly feels like winning the lottery in this city sometimes.

What really bumped this place up in my book was the attention to small details that most places completely ignore. The shower actually has decent water pressure (you’d be amazed how rare that is), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and someone clearly thought about lighting because you’re not squinting in darkness or being blinded by harsh fluorescents. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward – no endless paperwork or attitude from staff who act like you’re interrupting their day. I will say the building itself is pretty quiet, which was perfect for me since I’m a light sleeper, though if you’re looking for that bustling hotel lobby atmosphere with people coming and going, this isn’t really that vibe. It’s more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed spare room, which honestly felt like exactly what I needed after bouncing between crowded hotels in other cities. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be fancy or impress you with marble everything, but it delivers on the stuff that actually matters when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep and feel somewhat human while traveling.

  It is a very beautiful apartment, I absolutely love it. Not only the compound but the house smells so good. The whole place is quite big and clean. Have all the facilities you need-laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, and supplies you need – laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash and lotion. I would like to stay longer time I visit Warsaw.

  Przepiękny ,czysty , designerski apartament z bardzo miłymi gospodarzami. Wysoki co dla mnie było dużym komfortem. Bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony . Pralka , suszarka , expres, kawa,herbata , środki czystości , woda przefiltrowana gotowa do picia . W sypialni przepiękna pościel prawie jak krochmalona , poduszka zwykła i ergonomiczna. Zamek na kod jak Korei:) ,miejsce garażowe za 25 zł za dobę no i NETFLIX ;).

  Дуже гарні апартаменти🥰 Виглядають навіть краще, ніж на фото!!! Є все необхідне. Почуваєш себе як вдома. Ні про що не треба піклуватися. Просторо, чисто, холодильник нормального розміру, пральна та сушильна машина, вся побутова техніка. Всі дрібнички, від спецій на кухні до засобів гігієни для жінок у ванній. Враження лишилися дуже гарні🤩
