Honestly, YourSecondFlat Grzybowska Metropoint sounds like a mouthful, but once you’re there, you get it – this place really does feel like having a second apartment in Warsaw, just one that’s way nicer than most people’s first apartments. I mean, with a 9.2 rating, you’d expect something special, but this 4-star spot actually delivers on that promise in ways that surprised me.

The location on Grzybowska is pretty brilliant if you know Warsaw at all. You’re right in the thick of things without being stuck in tourist central – it’s that sweet spot where you can walk to the trendy Browary Warszawskie area in about ten minutes, but you’re also close enough to hop on the metro and be anywhere in the city without the hassle. What I really loved is how quiet it gets at night, which is rare for this part of town. The building itself has this modern apartment complex vibe (hence the name, I guess), so you’re not dealing with tiny hotel rooms or paper-thin walls. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that overly formal hotel reception drama, more like meeting a helpful neighbor who actually knows the neighborhood.

You know what really sets this place apart? The little details that make you feel like you’re living there, not just passing through. The kitchenette situation is actually functional – I’m talking real utensils and a coffee setup that doesn’t make you want to cry. The Wi-Fi is fast enough that I could work from there without wanting to throw my laptop out the window, and honestly, the natural light in these units is incredible during the day. I stayed there during one of those gray Warsaw weeks in late autumn, and somehow the place still felt bright and welcoming. The bathroom setup is modern without being sterile – good water pressure, decent toiletries, and enough space that you’re not bumping into everything. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but that’s pretty much standard for this area of the city, and they do help you figure it out. The only minor thing is that grocery runs require a short walk, but there’s a solid Żabka nearby for essentials, and the weekend markets in the area are actually worth seeking out if you’re into that sort of thing.

  Everything.
  It was clean, spacious and bright. We had all the facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, iron + ironing table, bathroom items.
  Location was super. It’s located right next to Cafe Nero. You can also get to all the groceries and pharmacy nearby within 2 mins. Starbucks is also close. Metro station is 5 mins walk.

  It's great choice if you need to stay in Wola district. Modern building, modern amenities, fresh feeling about the apartment, overall. Comfortable kitchen and bathroom, all the equipment functions properly. There was an issue with our pre-payment processing prior to arrival, so the host provided for an alternative payment method for us – highly appreciated. And, yes, a very nice coffe place right on the ground floor – we didn't even have to put coats on, going there.
