I’ll be straight with you – this is technically a 3-star place, but that 9.4 rating isn’t an accident. Sometimes you stumble onto these gems where the stars don’t tell the whole story, and this is definitely one of those situations. The building has that solid, understated European feel – nothing flashy, but you can tell someone actually cares about the details. When I walked in, the lobby had this lived-in warmth that immediately made me think “okay, locals probably know about this place.” The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that over-the-top hospitality theater you get at chain hotels.

What really won me over was how the place feels authentically connected to wherever it is (the exact city isn’t immediately obvious from just the address, but the vibe screams central European charm). The rooms are clean and thoughtfully arranged – not Instagram-perfect, but comfortable in that way that makes you actually want to spend time there instead of just crashing for the night. I mean, when you’re hitting ratings in the 9+ range, you’re doing something seriously right with the fundamentals. The morning coffee situation was surprisingly good too, and honestly, that’s where a lot of smaller places either shine or completely fall apart. Here’s the thing though – places like this tend to book up with repeat visitors who know what they’ve found, so if you’re thinking about it, don’t wait around forever to make a reservation. It’s got that sweet spot quality where it’s nice enough to feel special but not so polished that it loses its personality.

  Everything was clean and tidy, just perfect.. The apartman was well-equipped: fidge, water boiler, coffee maker, hot plate, clean cutlery and dishes.
  The communication was smooth and fast, the owner lady was very nice from the begining until the end.

  Doskonała lokalizacja, mieszkanie fajnie urządzone, nieduży, ale bardzo praktyczny balkon. W mieszkaniu cicho, nie dociera hałas z ulicy.
