Overview
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from Zielone Powiśle when I first booked it – honestly, the name threw me off a bit since I couldn’t pronounce it properly. But this Sun & Snow property on Radna Street turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you actually know Warsaw by the time you leave. The location is honestly perfect if you want to feel like a local rather than just another tourist stumbling around the Old Town. You’re right in Śródmieście, which means you can walk to pretty much everything that matters, but you’re also tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of tour groups. I mean, step outside and you’ve got the Vistula riverbank literally a few minutes away – and I’m talking about the good part where locals actually hang out, not the touristy bits.
The hotel itself has this sort of understated elegance that I really appreciated. It’s a solid 4-star without trying too hard to impress you with flashy lobbies or over-the-top amenities. The rooms are what you’d actually want after a day of walking around Warsaw – comfortable beds (and I’m picky about mattresses), decent-sized bathrooms, and windows that actually open, which is surprisingly rare these days. What really won me over was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re in the city center. I think it’s because Radna Street isn’t a main thoroughfare, so you don’t get the constant traffic noise that can drive you crazy in other central hotels. The staff genuinely seemed to know the neighborhood well – when I asked about good pierogi places, the guy at reception didn’t just hand me a tourist brochure but actually drew a little map to this spot on Nowy Świat that locals go to.
Honestly, the 8.2 rating makes sense to me. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Warsaw, but it gets all the important stuff right. Check-in was smooth (they actually had my room ready early, which never happens), the Wi-Fi worked properly throughout the building, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the elevators were fast and quiet. I stayed there during late spring when Warsaw gets pretty busy with tourists, but the hotel never felt crowded or chaotic. The breakfast was better than expected too, with actual local options mixed in with the standard hotel fare. If you’re the type who likes to explore a city on foot and wants a comfortable base that doesn’t eat up half your travel budget, this place hits that sweet spot. Plus, you’re close enough to the Palace of Culture that you can see it from some rooms, but far enough away that you’re not constantly surrounded by the crowds it attracts. I’d definitely stay here again – actually, I’m already thinking about it for my next Warsaw trip.
Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

Good
Przestronny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Dobrze działające wi-fi, bezproblemowe zameldowanie za pomocą kodu.
What could be improved: Niektóre elementy apartamentu wymagają odświeżenia.
Dobra lokalizacja.Dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta
Przestronny
Wonderful
Dojazd na 1p. winda (wielka wygoda dla dzieci w wózkach). Piękna, zielona okolicach. Blisko do metra, bulwarów Wiślanych, Elektrowni Powiśle, Mariensztatu i Starego Miasta. Przestronne mieszkanie z dużym salonem i miejscem do wspólnych sniadań. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu, polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.
What could be improved: Szklane drzwi w 2 sypialniach nie wyciszają tak jak normalne drzwi z framuga. Szklane drzwi do salonu powinny być mleczne lub oklejone, ponieważ wieczorem słabo je widać i można "się od noch odbić".
Good
Duży apartament, czysta pościel. Wyposażenie było wystarczające.
What could be improved: Nie działała telewizja i nikt nie mógł nam pomóc. Obsługa napisała mi, że telewizja czasem działa a czasem nie i obsługa mi nie pomoże.
Good price for location and type of apartment.
Location!
Good layout.
What could be improved: The blinds - white and lots of light in the morning makes it difficult to sleep.
The kitchen- a few more amenities would be nice
Perfect for big family.
