Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Zoliborz P&O Serviced Apartments, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like a standard residential building on Gdańska Street. But you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try too hard to impress you from the outside. This four-star property sits in the Bielany district, and while it might not scream “hotel,” that’s actually part of its charm — it feels more like staying in a well-appointed local apartment than a cookie-cutter tourist spot.
Location & Neighborhood
The Zoliborz area is one of those neighborhoods that locals love but tourists often overlook, which means you get to experience Warsaw without the crowds. I mean, couples are rating the location 8.4 out of 10, so they’re definitely onto something here. You’re close enough to the city center that getting around is easy, but far enough out that you can actually hear yourself think. The tram connections are solid — I found myself hopping on Line 6 or 26 whenever I needed to get downtown, and it’s honestly more relaxing than dealing with the chaos around the main tourist areas.
The Apartment Experience
Here’s where this place really shines — each unit feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchen setup is proper too, not just some sad mini-fridge situation. I actually cooked a few meals during my stay, which saved me money and gave me that “living like a local” vibe you can’t get from room service. The space is generous, and honestly, after spending days walking around Warsaw’s Old Town, having room to spread out was exactly what I needed.
Practical Perks
Let’s talk about the parking situation — it’s free, which in Warsaw is basically like finding a unicorn. I can’t stress enough how much of a game-changer this is if you’re driving around Poland or rented a car to explore the surrounding areas. The property gets an 8.2 rating for location from recent guests, and I get why. You’re positioned perfectly to explore both the trendy Żoliborz district and make easy trips into central Warsaw without the headache of finding (and paying for) parking every single day.
Why Guests Love It
What really sets this place apart is that balance between independence and service. You get the freedom of your own space — perfect for couples who want to enjoy Warsaw at their own pace — but with the backup of professional management when you need it. The 7.5 overall rating reflects exactly what you’d expect: solid, reliable, and comfortable without any unnecessary frills. It’s the kind of place where you can grab groceries from the local market, cook dinner while planning your next day’s adventures, and actually feel like you’re experiencing Warsaw rather than just passing through it.
Hotels in Warsaw offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this resilient metropolis, with easy access to museums, theaters, and historical landmarks.

Wonderful
Apartment is clean, has everything you need for your stay. Location is very friendly if you have a kid. Very quiet and peaceful. Alot of playgrounds and nice neighbours around.
What could be improved: The deposit is impossible to pay if you are not a part of this European banking system. But we were able to solve it at the end, so I guess there was no real problems.
.
An awful experience
What could be improved: The apartment in the picture is not the one we actually got!!!
In the one they gave us, most of the furniture was very old and uncomfortable. Essential equipment was missing, for instance, there were only three big towels and a small one for a family of four, one spoon only and no washing liquid in the kitchen and so on. It wasn't clean either, so I had to vacuum clean the whole apartment upon arrival, as my youngest child likes playing on the floor. A disappointment through and through. On top of everything, I was required to pay a deposit of 400 PLN beforehand, and now they want to keep half of it, because my youngest one pushed a lamp off the bedside table in her sleep - that lamp costs PLN 169 according to the IKEA website. And they could actually easily just glue it together.
This is the first time ever in my life, and I am in my late thirties and travel a lot, that I had such a poor experience that I felt I should warn others.
Good
The bed was clean, the location was quiet. That's all that was good about the apartment.
What could be improved: The apartment was not kept clean, especially the toilet, it was brown dirty. In the kitchen there was no water boiler, I contacted the staff it was the most impolite staff I have ever met in my life. I complained and my complained was not taken into account.
Poor
what is available does not correspond to reality
What could be improved: the smell in the apartments, lack of cleanliness, lack of blinds on the windows
Bad
What could be improved: They didn’t return me the deposit until I asked them 5 times and told that I will call a support
It was good but could be better.
Cute decor
What could be improved: My pillow had no cover, bed sheets were ripped and stained. Stairs and no lift to the 3rd floor.
Very Good
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Convenient location by trams, metro and buses.
What could be improved: There was noise from the neighbors.
Pleasant
The rooms are well equipped, everything is newly renovated, and although the location is far from the center of the city, there is a tram nearby that takes you directly to the city.
What could be improved: The room has a very heavy smell of formaldehyde, the network is very poor, contact customer service and did not get an effective solution, I hope to clean the floor properly or there will be a lot of dust
Disappointing
700 meters from the metro station, there is tea, coffee and sugar which is a nice touch. No smell to old furniture like in the other comments.
What could be improved: Horrible customer service, 1 bedsheet was missing and I had to text for 2 days non-stop just to get it. The only asked me to look under the sofa or in the wardrobes which I did and even sent pictures as requested to show that nothings was there. 2 full days just to get the missing bedsheet.
Paying in person is only allow at the offices until 6 PM (in another location)
- The TV doesn't work, I asked for help, They said nothing.
- The place is quite hot and the AC unit cools down only half the apartment. You need to let it run the whole day. one half of the place is freezing cold and the other one is acceptable.
- One door of the shower was stuck and didn't close so every time I took a shower there was water everywhere. Again, I texted them about the issue, They didn't respond.
The place is not bad but it's the small things that ruins the experience. I had 3 "minor" issues and only 1 was solved. I can't imagine what would happen if you need help with something bigger.
Wonderful
It was clean, and it was very good that there were no problems with parking
What could be improved: The shower is broken
