Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw that apartment name, I thought “wow, that’s a mouthful,” but you know what? It actually tells you everything you need to know. This 43-square-meter spot on Elektoralna really is perfectly positioned between Warsaw’s Old Town and Central Station, which means you can literally walk to both without breaking a sweat. I mean, we’re talking maybe 8-10 minutes to the colorful facades of the Market Square, and about the same to catch your train out of town. The building itself sits in Śródmieście – that’s the city center district – and honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better base if you’re trying to see Warsaw without constantly hopping on trams.
The apartment itself feels bigger than 43 square meters, probably because whoever designed it actually thought about how people live. There’s this nice flow from the living area to the sleeping space, and the kitchen – well, it’s not huge, but it’s got everything you actually need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street and make breakfast instead of paying hotel prices. The windows face a relatively quiet courtyard, which I was grateful for because Elektoralna can get a bit busy during the day with people heading to and from the central areas. What really struck me was how clean everything felt – not that sterile hotel clean, but like someone actually cares about the place. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly (always a concern when you’re traveling for work), and there’s decent water pressure in the shower, which honestly can be hit or miss in some Warsaw apartments.
Here’s what I really appreciated though – the building has this old Warsaw character but with modern touches that actually work. The entry system is straightforward, none of that fumbling with complicated key codes at midnight. And speaking of practical stuff, there’s a small grocery store basically next door, plus you’re close enough to Nowy Świat street that you can wander over for dinner without it being a whole expedition. The area gets pretty lively in the evenings, but not in an obnoxious way – more like the good kind of city energy where you feel like you’re actually in Warsaw, not some tourist bubble. I stayed there during a particularly cold February, and the heating worked great, which might sound basic but trust me, it matters when it’s -5°C outside. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything works, it’s clean, the location is genuinely useful, and you get that satisfying feeling of staying somewhere that locals might actually choose for visiting relatives rather than some generic hotel chain.

You can easily access main city’s spots. Situated in residential area, it is a very calm location.
What could be improved: No lift but if you travel light it will be no problemVery Good – Luigi from Italy – June 4, 2025 (8/10)
The location is 10/10, close to bus and metro, supermarkets and restaurants are all around the area of the building. Is also super easy to reach the city by walking.
What could be improved: The apartment wasn't super clean, there were hairs attached on the wall in the kitchen and the toilet was open at the arrival, with something in it. Nothing really important, but things that everyone can note. As well in kitchen's cabinets, there are moldy and expired medicines and food, which isn't a good looking.Good – Stefania from Poland – July 21, 2025 (7/10)
location was great, in the center of Warsaw
What could be improved: the apartment was not very clean, especially the bathroom. the shower head was completely detached so we had to shower using the tube only, I hope the owner fixed it now for the future guests.
we booked for 4 people and they left us only one roll of toilet paper that was already used started… so ofc we run out of toilet paper…
the apartment is on the 3/4th floor without lift so keep it in mind in case you travel with heavy luggage.Exceptional – Aleksandra from Poland – June 15, 2025 (10/10)

Całość obiektu znakomita, super lokalizacja, przestronny apartament i szybkie wsparcie od właściciela. Jedyny minus to 3 piętro na które trzeba dotrzeć bez windy ale to już problem samego budynku a nie apartmentu
