I timed it because I’m weird like that, and it was actually closer to 2 minutes if you walk at a normal pace.

The area itself is proper residential Warsaw – you know, the kind of neighborhood where locals actually live, not the touristy spots everyone talks about. Bielany has this sort of lived-in charm that I really dig. There are little shops scattered around, and honestly, the best pierogi place I found in the city was about a five-minute walk away (totally unrelated to the apartment, but hey, location matters). What really caught me off guard was the meal situation – five meals a day through their catering setup. I mean, who does that? The food was actually solid comfort stuff, not fancy but filling, and it saved me from having to figure out where to eat every few hours. Sometimes you just want someone else to handle the food decisions, you know?

The apartment itself feels like staying at someone’s well-organized relative’s place – the air conditioning actually works (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given), and there’s this sort of quiet efficiency to everything. Free parking was clutch because Warsaw parking can be a nightmare, especially in the more central areas. I’ll be honest, the building looks pretty standard from the outside – typical Eastern European residential block – but inside it’s been done up nicely without being overly fancy about it. What I really appreciated was how straightforward everything was – no weird check-in procedures, no hidden fees, just a solid place to crash with food sorted and easy transport connections. It’s the kind of setup that lets you actually experience Warsaw rather than spending half your time figuring out logistics.

  The apartment was awesome! It was so clean when I get into and the furniture was in great condition. The bathroom was exceptionally nice and the lighting futuristic. The bed was big enough and the extra provision make this choice great. The idea with the 5 free meals is unique and the taste of the meals was for me personally delicious with the calories written on each meal. Close enough to metro only 5 min on foot and the neighborhood easygoing with a supermarket in 2 minutes. The sofa was comfortable and the locker system via app is a nice idea also. The coffee machine was an absolute must and a very admirable idea to have it in the apartment. Really innovative idea the whole inspiration and conception of how it must be an apartment all inclusive in the future!

  Entire flat was very clean and bright with home like feel and also very quiet and with safe access.
  
  There was no problem to have taxi or other forms of transport there and we enjoyed easy acces to local shops and metro. Everything just few steps away.
