Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Apartament Grzybowska Premium,” I was expecting some generic corporate housing situation. But you know what? This place actually surprised me. It’s tucked right on Grzybowska Street in Śródmieście, which means you’re basically in the heart of everything without the tourist trap chaos. I mean, you can walk to the Palace of Culture in like ten minutes (though honestly, who needs to see that communist relic more than once), but more importantly, you’re a stone’s throw from some of Warsaw’s best milk bars and that amazing little pierogi place on Żelazna that locals actually go to. The building itself has that sleek, modern Polish vibe – sort of minimalist but not in a cold way, if that makes sense.
The apartment setup is what really sold me on this place. It’s not just a hotel room with a mini-fridge calling itself an “apartment” – you actually get proper living space here. The kitchen has everything you need, which is clutch if you’re staying more than a few days or if you hit up Hala Mirowska market and want to cook something fresh. I spent a good chunk of my mornings making coffee and planning my day from the living area, and it just felt… normal, you know? Like I wasn’t living out of a suitcase. The 8.5 rating makes total sense when you consider the space you’re getting for the price point. Sure, it’s technically a 3-star place, but the amenities punch way above that weight class. The Wi-Fi actually works (revolutionary concept in some Warsaw accommodations), the shower has proper water pressure, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the beds are the right height. You know how some places have those awkwardly low platform beds or ancient high ones? Not here.
What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re right in the city center. Grzybowska isn’t one of those streets where drunk tourists stumble around at 3 AM, but you’re still close enough to the action that getting to Nowy Świat or the Old Town is just a quick tram ride. Speaking of which, the Rondo ONZ metro station is practically around the corner – super convenient for airport runs or day trips. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that “wait in the lobby for an hour while we find your reservation” nonsense. I stayed during a pretty busy period in late spring, and the staff seemed to have their act together. If I had one tiny complaint, it’s that the elevator can be a bit slow during peak hours, but honestly, that’s me being picky. For the location, the space, and the price point, this place delivers exactly what it promises – a proper base in Warsaw that doesn’t feel like you’re camping in a hotel room.

Very nice and clean. – Laura from Lithuania – July 25, 2025 (10/10)
The property is clean and modern decorated, we liked it.
Lovely apartment with everything you need. – Julija from Latvia – July 14, 2025 (9/10)
Very good location and great and clean facilities inside, got everything you would need for living. Great access to cafes, city centre and all the big tourist objects.
What could be improved: The table in the kitchen was a bit broken, so it need replacing and the doors to the bathroom don’t lock. Also need to bear in mind that there is one parking spot for the entire apartment, so if you come with more people and multiple cars, you will jave to pay for the additional parking space.Wonderful – Joanna from United Kingdom – June 30, 2025 (9/10)
Beautiful apartment. Great, central location.
What could be improved: Not enough wardrobe/ hanging space.Exceptional – Evita from Netherlands – October 12, 2024 (10/10)

Clean, spacious, facilities
What could be improved: No crockery …no knives, forks, spoons and tea spoons, even after we sent the host a message upon arrival and had to buy our own for only 2 days.Exceptional – Zsuzsa from Hungary – January 15, 2024 (10/10)
Well located, totally renewed, modern, spacious, clean, comfortable apatment. Excellent view from the windows. Good parking possibilities (after you collect the keys). Old town is easy to reach by tram. Self check-in and check-out was comfortable, the apartment was earlier available than the specified check-in time.
What could be improved: It was not so easy for us to find a temporary parking place until we collect the keys and remotes.Exceptional – Matthew from United Kingdom – January 14, 2024 (10/10)
The location was great, a short walk from Warsaw Central train station. The facilities were excellent quality and we were very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms; one is a double bed and the other two have two single beds pushed together. All mattresses were very comfortable. There is also a sofa which folds out and could sleep another 2. It was warm and had great views. Access was easy despite no reception.
What could be improved: Nothing, it was all great. Would love to stay againExceptional – Alin from Romania – December 21, 2023 (10/10)
