Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Coser Apartamenty Centrum on Grzybowska Street, you immediately get that “I’m in the thick of it” feeling that makes Warsaw so exciting. This four-star property sits right in Śródmieście — honestly, you can’t get more central than this without camping in the Palace of Culture itself. The building has that sleek, modern look that fits perfectly with the revitalized downtown vibe, and you know from the moment you arrive that someone put real thought into making this place work for travelers who actually want to experience Warsaw.
The Perfect Central Location
Here’s what I love about the location — you’re literally surrounded by everything that makes Warsaw tick. The Warsaw Uprising Museum is practically around the corner, and you can walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes if you’re feeling energetic. What really impressed me though is how couples seem to gravitate toward this spot — they consistently rate the location over 9 out of 10, and I get why. You’ve got intimate wine bars, cozy restaurant tucked into converted courtyards, and those late-night pierogi spots that locals actually frequent. Plus, the metro connections are right there when you need them.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment setup here is what sets this place apart from your typical hotel stay. Each unit feels like someone’s stylish Warsaw flat rather than a cookie-cutter hotel room — you get proper living space with a functional kitchen that’s actually equipped for more than just heating up leftovers. I mean, the coffee setup alone is better than what most hotels offer, and there’s enough counter space to spread out if you’re planning your day or working remotely. The design strikes that perfect balance between contemporary Polish style and practical comfort that actually works for extended stays.
Neighborhood Life
What you’ll discover staying here is that Śródmieście has this amazing energy that shifts throughout the day. Mornings bring the coffee culture — there’s this fantastic little place called Kawiarnia Kafka just a few blocks away that serves the kind of flat whites that make you understand why Warsaw’s café scene is exploding. Evenings transform the area into something completely different, with the restaurant scene really coming alive. You’re close enough to the trendy Powiśle district to explore those riverside spots, but you’re also walking distance from the more traditional establishments around the Old Town.
Why Guests Love It
The combination of space, location, and that residential feel is what keeps bringing people back to Coser Apartamenty Centrum. You’re not just staying in Warsaw — you’re actually living in it for a few days, with your own parking spot available and the freedom to come and go as you please. The 8.1 rating reflects what you’d expect: solid comfort, great positioning, and the kind of practical amenities that make a difference when you’re exploring a city like Warsaw. It’s particularly perfect for couples who want to experience the city’s rhythm without feeling like tourists passing through — you become temporary Varsovians instead.

Guest Reviews
Great stay for a layover in Warsaw.
The staff is very helpful! The apartment is clean and located in a very good location. All facilities are working properly.
What could be improved: The towels seems a bit old.
Wonderful
Very flexible owner. Everything you need was in the apartment. Clean facilities
What could be improved: Nothing
Central location, good value for money
The property was located in a very central position. Although it is an older building, the apartment had been updated, and was very clean.
Wonderful
The great location, and spotless appartment.
What could be improved: The noise from the construction infront of the building
Wonderful
Everything met expectations,it was comfortable.
I can recommend for 1-2 persons for a short stay. For longer (let’s say 1 week long) stay the kitchen is poorly equippe
The location is really great, various public transport options are available and the Old Town is in walking distance. The host was absolutely helpful, quickly responded to all questions, the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
What could be improved: The furniture is getting old, tear and wear is visible. A chopping board and a knife for cutting would be a useful addition to the kitchen.
Perfect for a weekend
Great position, flat is very warm and clean. It's inside a 15 floors communist block but very well kept and with a lot of charm! (Flat in Jana Pawla II)
What could be improved: Lack of cabinets, shelves, but it's just a detail!
Very Good
Awesome bathroom with bathtub. Really nice breakfasts. For this price in this location I wasn't expecting something nice, but I got Really nice and clean room.
Warsaw
The apartment was very comfortable and warm. The location was excellent, and I could explore the surroundings by foot. Great value for money as well.
What could be improved: The only thing that I didn't like was the shower. It was too small, and there was no place to hang out the shower head. Taking a shower was a bit of a challenge.
Ok for a couple.
Cleaniliness
What could be improved: Queen size bed was too small.
