Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first heard the name “Bizapartments,” I was expecting something pretty sterile and corporate, you know? But this place on Nowaka Jeziorańskiego actually surprised me in a good way. It’s tucked away in Praga Południe, which honestly is one of those Warsaw districts that’s still finding its feet but has this authentic, lived-in feel that the touristy areas have lost. The building itself is modern without being flashy – clean lines, decent lobby, and thank god, they actually have parking included. I mean, if you’ve ever tried to find a parking spot in Warsaw, you’ll understand why this alone bumps it up a star in my book.

The apartments themselves are what you’d expect from a solid 3-star place – nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s genuinely clean. The kitchenettes are small but functional (I managed to make coffee and heat up some pierogi from the nearby Żabka without any drama), and the beds are actually comfortable, which honestly isn’t always a given in this price range. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Praga Południe isn’t exactly the party district, so you can actually sleep without earplugs. The WiFi is decent too, though it did get a bit spotty during what I assume were peak hours around 8 PM. One thing that caught me off guard was how helpful the front desk staff were – they gave me proper directions to the nearest tram stop (it’s about a 7-minute walk to the Dworzec Wschodni area) and actually knew which restaurants in the neighborhood were worth trying.

The location is sort of interesting because you’re not in the thick of tourist Warsaw, but that’s actually kind of refreshing. You’re living more like a local for a few days, walking past actual grocery stores and cafes where people go for their morning coffee, not just to pose for Instagram. Getting to the Old Town takes about 20 minutes by tram, which isn’t bad at all, and there’s something nice about coming back to a quieter area after a day of sightseeing. The Vistula riverbank is walkable from here too – I stumbled across it during an evening stroll and it’s genuinely lovely, especially around sunset. Would I stay here again? Yeah, probably. It’s not going to blow your mind, but for the price point and the fact that you get your own space plus parking, it’s a solid choice. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – this is more about having a comfortable, practical base while you explore Warsaw.
