  What could be improved: Only found out that there are stairs only after booking and the bathroom was tiny and not very clean. It’s also a bit noisy but that’s to be expected with the location so maybe the hosts could have provided ear buffers to cancel the noise.

  It’s a home like environment in very central place in Warsaw
  
  What could be improved: If you have noisy neighbours you will suffer,the walls are very thin,also the same address of the apartment is for the hotel with the same NAME something that will make you really frustrated until you find the flat! I spend lot of time searching the apartment ,also some description on how to use the chipset in the main door the non check in hours would be useful,we are not all living in cities like this and same system on doors!

  The room was spacious and quiet, the building being at the back there was not much noise. It has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It's not luxurious but the essentials are there and the rooms are quite pleasant. Ideally located. Excellent value for money.
  
  What could be improved: The blanket wasn't too suitable for this change of season. I put the heating on but I have to admit I was a bit cold. There was also a problem with the toilet paper, there wasn't any for a whole day and the cleaning lady put some back when she came the next day. It was probably other customers who took it … but I'm not the only one who had to make do with the tissues I had. Perhaps leave one roll per room or several rolls in a cupboard to avoid this kind of problem which can make a night very unpleasant.

  What could be improved: The bed made noise with every movement while the mattress & pillows were not the most comfortable. The kitchen has no window or working ventilation so whenever someone cooks, the entire apartment smells like their food especially when someone frying.
  It is also located on 3rd floor so whoever has heavy luggages, keep that in mind because no lifts available.

  I had liked then Property and location quite much. But only issue I have faced that there is no one to reach If u need any help . Call is not answered and email reply takes time.
