Hotel Description
You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first booked Coser Apartamenty Metro ONZ – the name’s a mouthful and I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 3-star place right in the heart of Warsaw. But after staying there twice now (once for work, once dragging my sister around the city), I can tell you it’s actually a pretty solid choice if you want to be in the thick of things without breaking the bank. The location on Jana Pawła II is kind of perfect – you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the Palace of Culture and Science, which I mean, you can’t miss anyway since it dominates the skyline, but it’s nice not having to trek across the city every time you want to see something. The metro station is right there too, which saved my life when I had early morning meetings in Mokotów.
The apartments themselves are… well, they’re not fancy, but they’re clean and surprisingly spacious for Warsaw standards. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit that had this little kitchenette that actually worked – rare for hotel apartments, honestly. The furniture’s a bit IKEA-ish but comfortable enough, and the wifi was solid (I was streaming Netflix without issues). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re on one of the busier streets in Śródmieście. The windows are decent quality, so you don’t get all the tram noise that can drive you crazy in other parts of the city center. Check-in was pretty straightforward too – there’s usually someone at the desk who speaks English, though my Polish is terrible so that might not say much.
Here’s the thing though – the area gets absolutely packed during tourist season, especially around the Christmas markets, so if you’re planning to walk everywhere, factor in some extra time. But that also means you’ve got tons of restaurants and bars within stumbling distance. There’s this little pierogi place just down the street that locals actually go to (not just tourists), and you’re close enough to the Vistula that you can walk down there in the evenings when the weather’s nice. Parking can be a nightmare if you’re driving – I learned that the hard way – but honestly, you don’t need a car staying here anyway. The building itself looks a bit communist-era from the outside, but don’t let that put you off. For the price point and that 8.3 rating, it makes sense – you’re getting a clean, functional base in prime real estate without paying Marriott prices. I’d definitely stay again, especially if I’m in Warsaw for just a few days and want to actually experience the city instead of hiding out in some fancy hotel in the suburbs.

Clean and cheap place at the heart of Warsaw – Anna from United Kingdom – January 29, 2025 (9/10)
Good value for money. Great location, next to underground station and close to main train station. The place was clean and tidy. Good communication with the owners. Nice view from the window.
Facilities were exceptional – soap in the bathroom, clean towels and beddings, even washing machine and iron in the room.
What could be improved: Mould in the bathroom
Squeaky bedWould definitely rebook in the future. – Graham from Australia – November 12, 2024 (9/10)

good location, quiet place
What could be improved: There is no a microwave oven.A simply decorated but pleasant apartment in a great location for a family of 4. – Maciek from Canada – August 21, 2024 (7/10)
Great location, near the Palace of Culture and lots of public transport. Self checkin was smooth and easy. The apartment was very good for 4 people, with one bedroom and two foldout couches for each of our 2 children.
What could be improved: The kitchen was somewhat sparsely equipped, with not enough cooking utensils and pots and pans, though passable enough for making breakfasts, which we did. The shower is in the old Polish style, with a tub and a shower head that you have to hold in one hand while washing yourself. Not a big problem, but a minor inconvenience.Lovely flat and good location – Magda from United Kingdom – August 10, 2024 (9/10)
Perfect location, nice and clean apartment.
The flat was well organised, spacious and very clean. Everything you need to enjoy a short city break.
The location could not be better – short distance to the old town, shopping centre, Central Train Station and Palace of Culture.Overall was very good – Menitz from Netherlands – June 24, 2024 (9/10)
The Price for Poland was a Bid High Euro 60, nevertheless was a great place for the Whole Apartment.
I would highly Recommend it to any one.

What could be improved: NothingVery Good – Indrė from Lithuania – November 1, 2023 (8/10)
Great location! Cozy and comfortable
What could be improved: Only local tv programmeWhile the apartment provided a pleasant stay, the absence of a hairdryer and basic bath products was a noticeable inconv – Yuliya from Ukraine – October 13, 2023 (8/10)
The stay at the apartment offered a cozy and welcoming environment, providing the essentials for a comfortable getaway.
What could be improved: However, it would have been elevated by the inclusion of a few additional amenities, such as a hairdryer and some basic bath products, which were notably absent during my visit. These small touches would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience
