Overview
You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first booked Cozy Apartments Warsaw Wola Kasprzaka – the name’s quite a mouthful, and apartment hotels can be hit or miss. But this place actually surprised me in the best way. The location on Kasprzaka street is pretty solid if you’re looking to stay somewhere that feels more residential than touristy. You’re in the Wola district, which I mean, it’s not the Old Town with all the Instagram spots, but that’s kind of the point. It’s where actual Varsovians live and work, and there’s something refreshing about grabbing your morning coffee from a local spot instead of fighting crowds of tour groups.
The apartments themselves have that lived-in comfort that makes you feel like you’re crashing at a friend’s place rather than staying in some sterile hotel room. The kitchenettes are actually functional – I’m talking real counter space and appliances that work, not those tiny fridges that barely fit a water bottle. I spent a few evenings cooking simple meals after long days exploring the city, and honestly, it was nice to decompress without having to venture out for dinner every single night. The Wi-Fi holds up well (crucial for me since I was working remotely part of the time), and the heating works properly, which you definitely appreciate during Warsaw’s chilly months. One small thing – the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack some earplugs. It’s not terrible, but you might hear your neighbors moving around occasionally.
What I really appreciated was how easy everything was – check-in was straightforward, the staff actually responds to messages quickly, and they give you practical info about the neighborhood instead of just handing you a generic tourist map. The area’s well-connected to the metro, so getting to the city center takes maybe 15-20 minutes, but you’re also walking distance to some great local restaurants and that big Arkadia shopping center if you need to grab anything. There’s decent parking around too, which is honestly a blessing in Warsaw. The 8.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it delivers on what it promises. For the price point, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights, it beats most hotels in terms of space and that homey feeling. I’d definitely book here again, particularly if I wanted to experience Warsaw more like a temporary resident than a tourist passing through.

Apartment was nice, big enough, clean, close to city center
What could be improved: Rude staff and very poor customer service
I had broken and rotten shower head which come off 2 days before my check out, I did not have time to deal with this and I was accused that I broke the shower head
I received an email from staff asking me to pay for something that I did not broke
The customer service that I received from them was shocking!
It’s not my job to check apartment for any maintenance issues when I check in, clearly the housekeeping supervisor did not check shower as this was visible.
Good
Good location and bright apartment
What could be improved: Water was leaking from the shower, the toilet was leaking from the flush cover. There was dust on the lamps and surfaces.
Wonderful
Good surrounding, nice house
What could be improved: Need som small details: shoehorn, cleaner toilet brush, dish towel, elevator in English menue. Light outside of building
Good
Wifi is OK, basic kitchen (and shops and restaurants downstairs), OK location, bed is OK, has kettle,
What could be improved: AC is a lie (it doesn't work unless whole building uses it), opening windows lots of noise and cigarette stink from other rooms, TV is good size but it's positioned on the side and multiple reflections from mirrors so eyes start hurting from watching it, soundproofing is bad (noise from outside the apartment), road construction noises from early morning to midnight, blinds don't seem to work and curtains too small to cover the windows, door has holes looking into apartment from door lock replacement
Good option for money
Location, apartment equipment, infrastructure around the building, close to XXI Expo
What could be improved: Bed (couch) and short small blankets
The balcony door was not tight and cold air was coming from outside :(
Wonderful
Room was nice and clean. It was very comfortable.
What could be improved: It’s not allowed to smoke on the balcony.
8/10
Very beautifull and cozy place 10/10
What could be improved: The TV doesn't work in the apartment, I try to turn it on a lot of times but it doesn't work. I wanted to watch the shows of my country on the occasion of the New Year, unfortunately I had to do it on the phone...
I parked the car for two days and everything was fine, but on the third day the security guard did not allow me to park even though there were many free spaces, I had to look for a place to leave the car for money and walk another kilometer to the apartment.
Wonderful
Very nice new apartment, with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
