Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about EXCLUSIVE Aparthotel? The name makes it sound pretentious, but honestly, it’s just really well-run without being stuffy about it. I’ve stayed at plenty of four-star places that talk a big game, but this one actually delivers on the basics – and then some.

The aparthotel concept works brilliantly here, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights. You get proper apartment-style space with a kitchenette that’s actually useful (not one of those sad mini-fridges with a hot plate situation). The rooms feel lived-in rather than sterile, which I mean in the best way possible. There’s this comfortable, almost residential vibe that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax. The furniture isn’t trying too hard to be designer-y, just good quality stuff that works. And honestly, after dealing with cramped hotel rooms where you’re tripping over your suitcase, having actual space to spread out feels like luxury.

What really impressed me was how they handle the service side of things. Check-in was smooth – no weird upselling or making you feel like you’re bothering them with questions. The staff seems to actually know the area, not just reciting script answers about tourist traps. When I asked about good local spots for dinner, they pointed me toward places that were clearly their personal favorites, not just the restaurants that probably pay them commissions. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they’re smart about timing – never banging around when you’re trying to sleep in. Small thing, but the Wi-Fi actually works consistently throughout the building, which you’d think would be standard by now but… well, you know how that goes. The 8.9 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works the way it should, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re traveling.

  Excelent apartment, very well located. We could walk to the city center. Everything was as expected.

  The apartment is good value for money. It was on the 9th floor, so I did not have any issues with noise from the outside. It is close to the old town, downtown, attractions, restaurants, etc. The apartment is equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff at the reception are extremely friendly, and my request to fix the ventilation was processed as quickly as possible. There is a parking garage available, which is great because street parking can be difficult.

  The location was good, close to the downtown and some coffeeshops area, quite a safe area, the apartment was huge and very clean, if we needed some extra towels or blankets – the staff took care of it with no charge. the apartment is well equiped for prepairing food and spend a nice time. nice balcony 🙂
