The apartment is massive – we’re talking 120 square meters, which meant our group of eight never felt like we were stepping on each other. I mean, you could probably squeeze twelve people in here if you’re really friendly with each other, but eight felt perfect. The living area has this sprawling sectional that basically swallowed half our group during movie nights, and the kitchen is properly equipped – not just those sad mini-fridges and two-burner setups you usually get. We actually cooked real meals, which saved us a fortune since eating out for a big group gets expensive fast. The bedrooms are well thought out too, with a mix of doubles and singles that worked great for our mixed group of couples and friends.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being right in the thick of things. The windows are solid – you’re not getting woken up by street noise or early morning delivery trucks like you do in some city rentals. Check-in was surprisingly smooth; they actually met us at the property instead of making us hunt down some random key lockbox. Little touches like that matter when you’re traveling with kids or hauling multiple suitcases. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where everything just works without drama. The WiFi didn’t drop out every five minutes, the hot water was consistent (trust me, with twelve people potentially using one place, this becomes crucial), and the air conditioning actually cooled the whole space, not just the room it’s mounted in.

Look, it’s not going to win any design awards – the furniture is functional rather than Instagram-worthy – but sometimes you just want a place that handles your group without breaking your budget or your sanity. The four-star rating feels about right; it’s comfortable and well-maintained without being fancy.   The location is great. You couldn't get better unless you paid a fortune to stay directly in the center. It's ideal for a (big) family. The apartment is a 7-10 min walk to the metro and 2-3 stops into the center, also trams located directly across the street. We were able to park directly in front of the building (I don't know if we got lucky). It's paid street parking, but not expensive. The shopping center across the street is very useful, as well as a convenience store by the metro. The apartment is incredibly spacious and modern. The beds are very comfortable, there's a huge eat-in kitchen and comfy living room. There's absolutely everything you need. We were a big group, 6 of us, and we loved it. There's also an elevator, so getting luggage up and down is no problem. We loved Warsaw and hopefully will stay here again.

  Big clean apartment with lots of space, 4 bedrooms – rare to find in Warsaw but exactly what we were looking for. Location just across the big shopping mall with easy access to the center. Very good communication with the owner. Convenient small grocery shop (Żabka) down the building.
