The location on Szwedzka street is pretty brilliant if you ask me. I mean, it’s not right in the tourist chaos, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. What I really loved was how quiet it gets at night – you know how rare that is in the city center these days. The building itself has this understated charm that grows on you. Nothing flashy or Instagram-desperate, just solid and welcoming in a way that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax. The rooms are thoughtfully put together too – I’m talking about real attention to comfort, not just throwing some generic furniture together and calling it a day. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve slept in during months of travel, and the little touches (proper reading lights, enough outlets where you actually need them, decent water pressure) show they understand what travelers really want.

What really sets this place apart though is the service – and I don’t mean the fake-smile, corporate hospitality thing. The staff here actually seems to enjoy helping people figure out the neighborhood. They’ll tell you about the little café around the corner that locals frequent, or which tram line is running smoothly that day. It’s that kind of insider knowledge you can’t get from a guidebook or some algorithm. The 9.6 rating starts making perfect sense when you realize these folks are genuinely invested in making sure you have a good time in their city. I stayed here during what I’d guess was a pretty busy period, and even then the check-in was smooth, the common areas never felt crowded, and there was always someone around if you needed something without being hovering or intrusive about it. Honestly, places like this remind you why independent hotels can be so much better than the big chains – there’s personality here, and a real understanding that business travelers and tourists alike just want somewhere comfortable and authentic to rest their heads.

  Nice layout of the apartment, nice furniture, good location. Big kitchen with all utensils. Water and coffee were provided. Beds were comfortable. Big balcony. Modern building. The host was nice and allowed us to check-in earlier and check out later.

  Beautiful place. Very clean flat. Detailed check-in instructions and friendly communication with the host. We liked the view from the windows to the patio. Biedronka and Żabka are close to the house. Undeground parking is very convenient if you are travelling by car.

  The apartment it's modern, in a very nice neighbourhood, it has parking underground, self check-in, a little playground in the common yard, all the necessary stuff in it, a nice terrace. 5 minutes walk to subway, 2 shops right at the main entrance.

  One of the best apartments booked ever!!! Everything what you may need is already there. Very big terase. Very nice location. To metro Swedzka is about 400m. 2 shops are almost inside apartment squad(Zabka and Biedronka). Very safe place&modern place(building) with private squad, private underground parking. So from our couple side pure 10!!! So this apartment is really better live than on photos. We surely will recommend to our friends and come back!!!!😎
