You know what caught me off guard about KEN 54? The moment I walked in, it actually felt like stepping into someone’s thoughtfully designed home rather than another cookie-cutter rental. I mean, sure, it’s got that 4-star polish you’d expect, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole setup. The two-bedroom layout is honestly perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends who actually want some breathing room – none of that cramped “let’s all pretend we love being on top of each other” vibe you get at most places.

The kitchen is where this place really shines, and I’m saying this as someone who usually just uses hotel microwaves for reheating leftover takeout. It’s properly equipped – like, you could actually cook a real meal if you wanted to hit up the local markets instead of eating out every night (which, let’s be honest, gets expensive fast). The living area has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to sprawl out with a book or just decompress after a day of playing tourist. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even during what seemed like peak season – the walls are solid, and you’re not hearing every conversation from the hallway or neighboring units.

Here’s the thing though – and maybe this is why it’s pulling an 8.8 rating instead of something lower – it delivers on the stuff that actually matters without trying to impress you with flashy nonsense you’ll never use. The beds are legitimately comfortable (I’m picky about this, trust me), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and there’s proper storage space so you’re not living out of your suitcase like some kind of nomad. The bathrooms are clean and functional, with decent water pressure – honestly, after staying at places where the shower feels like a gentle mist, this was refreshing. I’d definitely come back, especially if I was planning a longer stay where having that extra space and home-like setup would make a real difference. It’s one of those places that gets the basics absolutely right, which sounds simple but is surprisingly rare these days.

  The flat is located in a very good place, between two metro stations Imelin and Natolin. It takes 8-10 minutes to reach metro by foot and then 20-30 minutes to reach Warsaw center by metro. The neighbourhood is green and there a lot of small shops and restuarants nearby. There is an internal garden with a good playgound for children.

  Overall, we quite enjoyed our stay. Apartment was exactly as in the photos and as described. Modern and spacious, with several separate rooms, kitchen with the basic cooking tools. There are a lot of wardrobes and cabinets everywhere, perhaps more than anybody would ever need in a rented flat. Beds were comfortable, all bedsheets, towels etc very clean and fresh. Very nice view from the balcony. Quite easy to access the apartment and depart. And the hosts kindly allowed us to arrive a little before the official check-in time.
