Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Komfortowy Apartament w Centrum when I first booked it – the name’s a bit of a mouthful, right? But you know what, this place really surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked right on Poznańska Street in Śródmieście, which means you’re literally in the heart of everything without dealing with the tourist trap chaos. I mean, you can walk to the Old Town in maybe fifteen minutes, but you’re also close enough to those great little cafés on Nowy Świat that locals actually frequent. The building itself has that classic Warsaw character – you know, the kind that survived everything this city’s been through and still stands proud.

The apartment itself feels like staying at a friend’s place who actually has their life together (unlike most of my friends, honestly). It’s got this comfortable, lived-in vibe without being shabby – think clean lines, decent furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel catalog, and windows that actually open properly for fresh air. The kitchen’s small but functional, which I appreciated since Warsaw’s restaurant scene can get pricey if you’re eating out every meal. What really got me was the little details – proper hangers in the closet, enough outlets near the bed for your phone charger, and a shower with actual water pressure. You’d be amazed how many places mess up these basics. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to figure out tram schedules or find that pierogi place everyone keeps talking about.

Location-wise, this is where the place really shines. You’re a stone’s throw from the Centrum metro station, so getting around is actually easy – and trust me, Warsaw’s public transport is way better than people give it credit for. The neighborhood has this nice mix of locals and visitors, so you’ll hear Polish being spoken on the street corners, but you won’t feel completely lost if your language skills are… well, nonexistent like mine were. There’s a decent grocery store about two blocks away (I think it was a Żabka), and honestly, the street feels safe even when you’re wandering back after a late dinner. The only minor thing I’d mention is that weekend nights can get a bit lively – not rowdy exactly, but you might hear some street chatter if you’re a super light sleeper. During the week though, it’s perfectly quiet. For a 3-star place with an 8.7 rating, it really delivers on that promise of comfort in the center without breaking the bank or feeling like you’re staying in some generic chain hotel box.

  The property is strategically located in the center of Warsaw. The proximity to central train station and metro system is an advantage. The building has a high ceiling so you feel more comfortable. The room was recently renovated and is in a very good condition. Room and bathroom were very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The only disadvantage of the property is that there is not a functioning elevator, at least on November 19-20, 2024 when I booked my stay.

  What could be improved: The communication could’ve been slightly better – it wasn’t bad but replies were slow and sometimes you don’t get a reply but I think this is for less important matters, I think if it’s a more urgent the replies would be quick

  Very clean and new facilities. Good and timely communication. Easy to get there from Modling airport. Will stay there next time.

  Really nice location, building and amenities. The bed is a couch but has a topper so it's still quite comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The towels had somw bad smell (as if it didn't dry properly). Also, sometimes the smell of savage in the bathroom. Keep in mind it can be loud there during weekends and holidays (from the street bars, the patio, corridor etc)
