Overview
Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Warsaw, and honestly? The Luxury Design Apartments on Poznańska really surprised me. I mean, the name sounds a bit pretentious – you know how these marketing teams get – but the place actually lives up to it. You’re right in Śródmieście, which is perfect because you can walk to pretty much everything that matters. I’m talking about being maybe ten minutes on foot to the Old Town, and there’s this great little café called Słoik just around the corner that locals actually go to (not just tourists). The building itself sits on a quiet street, which was honestly a relief after dealing with the chaos around Marszałkowska during my last trip.
What really got me was the attention to detail in these apartments. The design is clean and modern without being cold – they’ve got this warm wood flooring that feels good under your feet, and the lighting is actually thoughtful, not just those harsh overhead bulbs you get in most places. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights and want to grab some pierogi from the market instead of eating out every meal. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the fourth floor, and the windows are well-insulated – you can barely hear the trams, even though you’re close enough to hop on one whenever you need to. The bathroom was spotless with this rainfall shower that had proper water pressure, and honestly, after walking around Warsaw all day, that’s exactly what you want.
The whole check-in process was smooth – they’ve got this keyless entry system that actually works (revolutionary, I know), and the staff was helpful without being overly chatty. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area, but they’ll sort you out with nearby options if you’re driving. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you’re close enough to the action that you can walk to Nowy Świat for dinner or drinks, but far enough that you’re not dealing with street noise until 3 AM. The rating of 8.7 feels about right to me – it’s not perfect (the WiFi could be faster, and the elevator is a bit slow), but it’s genuinely comfortable and well-located. You know what really sealed it for me though? The little touches like proper blackout curtains and a coffee machine that doesn’t taste like cardboard. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, and you want to be in the heart of Warsaw without the tourist trap prices, this is a solid choice.

Very Good
Nice location, very good support of host
Exceptional
We had a great stay!
The apartment was clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable.
Perfect for a short family trip.
It would be even better with a microwave, but everything else was excellent.
Thank you!
Exceptional
The apartment was very spacious and very well designed, it was very clean and pleasant
Great
Perfect location, big space for 4 people, all you need is there. Sofa could be more comfy and need more hooks for the towels in the bathroom.
Confort!
Clean
What could be improved: 6 min walk to transport, but ok
Wonderful
Beautiful apartment in a great location. Short walk to city center with lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment very well equipped and new. Would stay here again.
Exceptional
Clean. Good location. Staff is friendly and always there to support.
What could be improved: None
Very Good
Conveniently located in the city centre, close to public transport.
Well-equipped apartment, with all needed amenities.
What could be improved: A bit claustrophobic bedroom.
Inner courtyard amplifies the noise, so if you sleep with the window open, be prepared for an early wake up, as neighbours start the day already around 6-7 o’clock.
A+ stay, perfect place and communication with owners
Very good place, nice places around, perfect communication with host.
What could be improved: nothing.
Excellent location
Well located, some nice restaurants and bars close by. Easy access to public transport to get around. Room was comfortable and clean.
What could be improved: Unfortunately the building doesn’t have a lift and my room was on the 4th floor. Only an issue on day 1 trying to carry a 24kg suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Hard work given I’m 70yo! Still it got done and the stay was first rate.
