Hotel Description
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from an apartment hotel in Wola, but Metro Płocka honestly surprised me. The building on Skierniewicka is one of those newer developments that actually got the details right – proper soundproofing (which matters more than you’d think in Warsaw), decent-sized rooms that don’t feel like shoeboxes, and kitchenettes that are actually functional. I mean, you can cook a real meal here, not just heat up instant noodles. The whole place has this clean, minimalist vibe without feeling sterile, and the beds are genuinely comfortable – I’m talking about the kind where you don’t wake up with a crick in your neck.
What really works about this location is how connected it feels without being right in the tourist chaos. The Płocka metro station is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which means you’re maybe 15 minutes from the Old Town when you want to do the sightseeing thing. But here’s the thing locals know – Wola has become this quietly cool neighborhood with some excellent restaurants and cafes that don’t charge tourist prices. There’s this fantastic pierogi place just down the street that I stumbled across, and honestly, it was better than anything I had in the city center. The area gets busy during rush hour since it’s a business district, but evenings and weekends are surprisingly peaceful. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving – street spots fill up during the week, but there are some paid lots nearby that aren’t too expensive.
The staff at Noclegi Renters actually knows what they’re doing, which isn’t always a given with apartment rentals. Check-in was smooth (they send you clear instructions beforehand), and when I had a minor issue with the wifi, someone showed up within an hour to sort it out. The apartments themselves feel more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed flat than a hotel room – there’s proper storage space, good lighting for working if you need to, and the bathrooms have decent water pressure and stay warm. I’d say the only downside is that it can feel a bit quiet if you’re looking for that buzzy hotel atmosphere, but honestly, after a day of walking around Warsaw, I appreciated having a proper space to spread out and relax. The 8.5 rating makes sense – it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what you want from a city stay: comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced for what you get.
To book hotel in Warsaw during the famous Warsaw Autumn music festival season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts history enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Wonderful – János from Hungary – April 27, 2025 (9/10)
Very good location, and the apartment is so clean and modern. Overall we were very satisfied.
What could be improved: The description about how to get into the apartment, where's the garbage can could be more detailful with map screenshots, etc. The pans was unusable, the teflon comes off all of them.Wonderful – Teamaster from Poland – October 8, 2024 (9/10)
What could be improved: The check-in instructions where confusing. The correct building is number 34, not 34A as listed.
Wonderful – Vixenn from Estonia – May 29, 2024 (9/10)
A great apartment – modern, spacious, very clean. It has everything you need for a long stay. The area is within walking distance to the center. A great view on the skyscrapers from the windows.
There´s an undeground parking spot (you can leave a car for 5-10 minutes in any available place in the inner area of the complex to fetch the keys from the safe). They also accept dogs, and the price is reasonable – 100 zl for the whole stay.
I also liked contactless check-in and the idea of 24h live support
What could be improved: The support person I was assigned (Kamil) was not really helpful. First of all, she/he refused to communicate in English. English is not my native language either, but I wrote in English and then had to translate her/his answers from Polish. This is strange behavior for a person who works in the tourist business. Well, I'm just a tourist, I don't know your language, why can't you use the translator as well – at least you're paid for this job!
And secondly, the answers I got from this person were too general and robotic. I had an impression that she/he didn't try to understand what I was asking and simply pasted some templates. I finally asked them to call some other support person, which was more helpful (Sebastian)
But this doesn't concern the apartment itself, which I liked a lot and can highly recommend.Exceptional – Suman from Latvia – September 28, 2023 (10/10)
Very clean and nice apartment with all facilities and a modern kitchen all necessary utensils. a calm and quiet place and very good location. Super markets and small stores are nearby
Great view, cool apartment, good location – Leanard from Poland – May 25, 2023 (9/10)
The view was really amazing. The bed was comfortable. In the hall there is a large sofa, a smart TV, a large balcony. Near the house there are a couple of small shops, places where you can buy food nearby, convenient transport links
What could be improved: What I didn't like – there is a capsule coffee machine, but there are no capsules, not one. We arrived for 7 days and after a long road we had to go to buy them. There was 1 capsule for the dishwasher, but I think it happened to be there. Bring it with you)Exceptional – Olena from Ukraine – November 30, 2022 (10/10)
The apartment itself is fully equipped. Cozy and clean. There is a lot of utensils for cooking (there is even a grill!), washing machine, dishwasher and many other small things to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wonderful view on Warsaw Trade Tower and other skyscrapers. WiFi was also good. Terrace was cool to hang out. The apartment is 10-15 mins walk from business centers. Lidl, Bierdronka, Zabka are nearby. And so wonderful to have parking included – the car is secured and you don't need to look for a free lot.
What could be improved: It would be nice to have some photos in the pick-up-keys guide, cause I've almost broke into some other place, but quick support saved me:)After difficulties finding the apartment, we had a good time – Christiane from Germany – August 5, 2025 (8/10)
It is a very nice, spacious apartment in a new building close to the metro station.
What could be improved: We had difficulties finding the apartment, as there are two different buildings with similar numbers and the description is misleading. When we wanted to ask for help, we couldn’t reach anyone, neither by phone nor by message. Also finding the parking was difficult: two different ways to go down to -2, and no explanation.Pleasant – Kateryna from Ukraine – October 19, 2024 (6/10)
Great view
What could be improved: No promised Wi-Fi, stuff didn’t respond to requests, no microwave, and the TV didn’t work at all, and again the stuff didn’t helpViskas gerai – Erika from Denmark – August 8, 2025 (9/10)
Viskas patiko, vieta gera, butas tvarkingas, yra viskas ko reikia (išskyrus trūko virtuvėje peilio).
Exceptional – Tsygankov from Ukraine – April 22, 2025 (10/10)
Дуже красивий і сучасний дизайн та комфорт помешкання
What could be improved: Необхідність раннього виїзду
