Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the address on Rynek Starego Miasta, I thought this place would be way out of my budget. I mean, you’re literally staying right on Old Town Square, which is basically Warsaw’s postcard shot. But the Old Town Warsaw Concierge turned out to be this pleasant surprise that doesn’t try to be fancy just because of where it sits. The building itself has that worn-in European charm – you know, the kind where the stairs creak a bit and the hallways have character instead of that sterile hotel smell. What really got me was how the staff actually knew the neighborhood. When I asked about getting dinner, the guy at the front desk didn’t just hand me a tourist brochure – he told me which pierogi place the locals hit up (it’s tucked away on Piwna Street, by the way) and warned me that the square gets absolutely packed around 2 PM when all the tour groups converge.
The rooms are honestly what you’d expect from a solid 3-star – clean, functional, nothing that’ll blow your mind but everything works properly. My room faced the courtyard, which I was initially bummed about until I realized it meant I could actually sleep past sunrise without the sound of horse-drawn carriages clattering over cobblestones at 7 AM. Trust me on this one – if you’re a light sleeper, request a courtyard room because those square-facing ones get the full medieval soundtrack starting early. The bathroom was compact but had decent water pressure, and there’s something oddly satisfying about showering after walking around all day on those unforgiving cobblestones. Speaking of which, pack comfortable shoes – I cannot stress this enough. The location means you’ll be doing a lot of walking on surfaces that were definitely not designed with modern feet in mind.
What really sets this place apart is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re not just staying near Old Town – you’re actually living in it for a few days. I’d step out in the morning to grab coffee and end up chatting with the flower vendor who sets up shop right there on the square, or I’d come back in the evening and catch street musicians warming up before the dinner crowd arrived. The Muzeum Warszawy is literally next door (hence the name, I guess), which is perfect if you want to understand what this area looked like before… well, before it had to be completely rebuilt after the war. That’s something you don’t really grasp until you’re here – how incredible the reconstruction effort was. The concierge service is actually worth using too, not just for booking restaurants but for timing advice. They’ll tell you when to hit the major sites to avoid crowds, or which days the market stalls have the best selection. It’s that kind of local insight that makes the 8.6 rating make sense – this isn’t about luxury amenities, it’s about being genuinely well-positioned and well-run by people who care about the area.

Wonderful – David from United States – June 17, 2025 (9/10)
Excellent location in secure building with security on premises. Accommodations were comfortable.
What could be improved: Our group had several rooms. Since there is no elevator, the climb to the top floors would be challenging for people who aren't in shape or who travel with lots of luggage, but it was fine for our group.Lovely apartment in a beautiful location – Anonymous25 from United Kingdom – June 14, 2025 (10/10)
Easy access, lovely secure apartment in an excellent location
What could be improved: The lack of sink plugs for the kitchen and bathroom, and a kitchen tea towel . The lighting was perhaps too brightExceptional – Kostas from Greece – April 28, 2025 (10/10)

Ottimo
Med ordentlige madrasser ville det vært enestående. – Ann from Norway – July 23, 2025 (7/10)
