  What could be improved: Las habitaciones no tienen cortinas, solo una persiana que deja toda la luz entrar, a las 4 de la mañana en nuestro caso! Tuvimos que dormir con antifaces! Toda la comunicación e instrucciones son por mensaje, funciona bien pero es frío.

  The flat is well-equipped, located near to the city center. The beds are comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: There was a really strong bad smell from the sink in the bathroom. I've reported this to the owner but all they did was offering me 10% off the next booking. It is not satisfactory for the flat for about 100 dollars per night.

  Clean, modern apartment. Felt really homely. Able to prepare and cook meals a few nights thanks to their spacious well equiped kitchen.
  Location was excellent. Short stroll to the old town, and public transport was just up the road.
  We bought a 3 day ticket for just 36 Zloty, a real bargain.
  Many cafes, eateries around the property, and there is even a convenience store too.
  
  What could be improved: Could have done with a toaster. Had to heat up oven for a bit of toast in the morning.
  Couild have done with replenished towels. There were 3 of us, and the property only provided 3 bath towels, and 2 hand towels. Ended up putting them through the laundry.
  Plenty of tv channels, but most of these were coded. For a property listed on booking.com, they could have made some English channels available.
  The rest off the tv seemed to have streaming, and you have to pay for those. Anyway only a minor issue, but I so would have loved to watch the US Open Tennis finals.
  Apart from that all went well.

  Дуже гарне квартира, чисто і охайно. Дуже гарне розташування, в пеший доступності всі історічні і турістичні місця. В теж самий час будинок знаходиться в середині і нечутно шуму. Дуже рекомендую усім і сам буду зупинятися тут наступного разу.
  Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, czyste i zadbane. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszystkie miejsca historyczne i turystyczne znajdują się w odległości spaceru. Jednocześnie dom jest pośrodku i nie słychać żadnego hałasu. Gorąco polecam wszystkim i sam zatrzymam się tu następnym razem.
  Very nice apartment, clean and tidy. Very good location, all historical and touristic places are within walking distance. At the same time, the house is located in the middle and there is no noise. Would highly recommend to anyone and will be staying here myself next time.
  
  What could be improved: Не така уж незручність но дверні ручки у ваній кімнаті і туалуті не дуже зручні.
  Порада – в спальні замість односпального ліжка може встати двухспальне ліжко.
  Nie jest to taka niedogodność, ale klamki w łazience i toalecie nie są zbyt wygodne.
  Wskazówka – w sypialni zamiast pojedynczego łóżka zmieści się łóżko podwójne.
  Not such an inconvenience, but the door handles in the bathroom and toilet are not very convenient.
  Tip – a double bed can fit in the bedroom instead of a single bed.

  Great place to stay next to Warsaw's old town – just a few steps away from great restaurants, small stores to get a water and breakfast stuff. It felt like home. Very nice design, loved the book of posters. Everything looks brand new, designed in a very good taste. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony.
  
  What could be improved: The toilet lies in a different compartment accessible from the hallway, apart from the rest of the bathroom. A super tiny sink would be lovely in there – a classical doorknob might also help.
