The kitchen isn’t just for show (I’ve stayed in too many places where you can barely boil water), and there’s genuine counter space for spreading out your takeout or, if you’re ambitious, actually cooking something. The living areas flow naturally, and the bedrooms are positioned so you’re not hearing every conversation from the common spaces. What really impressed me was the attention to lighting – there are enough lamps and fixtures that you’re not stuck with harsh overhead fluorescents or squinting in the dark.

Here’s the thing about the location – and this is where that 9.5 rating starts making sense – you’re close enough to feel connected to everything without being in the thick of tourist chaos. I could hear some street activity during the day, which honestly made it feel more authentic, but evenings were surprisingly quiet. The building itself has this solid feel to it; you know those places where you can hear every footstep above you? This isn’t that. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no lengthy presentations about amenities I’ll never use, just the essential info and genuine recommendations about the area. The staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood, not just the scripted highlights. Ideal location (in case you travel by car), paid street parking with barely any parking checks. A restaurant Boska Praga some meters away from the apartment. Nicely decorated, well-maintained flat with a coffee-machine. Nice terrace that we'll probably check during our next visit.

Very nice, modern and clean apartment. Situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, not far from the subway. Grocery stores near by. Didn't have any troubles with checking in and out. The terrace was simply amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there.
