You know what caught me off guard about Stadium Apart Terrace? I was expecting some cramped corporate apartment setup, but this place actually has personality. The terrace part of the name isn’t just marketing speak – there’s this surprisingly spacious outdoor area that feels more like someone’s private rooftop than a hotel amenity. I mean, you’re getting proper 4-star treatment here, but without all the stuffy formality that usually comes with it.

The apartments themselves are thoughtfully laid out – honestly, whoever designed these actually understands how people live. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I’ve stayed in too many places where you can barely boil water), and there’s genuine counter space for spreading out your takeout or, if you’re ambitious, actually cooking something. The living areas flow naturally, and the bedrooms are positioned so you’re not hearing every conversation from the common spaces. What really impressed me was the attention to lighting – there are enough lamps and fixtures that you’re not stuck with harsh overhead fluorescents or squinting in the dark.

Here’s the thing about the location – and this is where that 9.5 rating starts making sense – you’re close enough to feel connected to everything without being in the thick of tourist chaos. I could hear some street activity during the day, which honestly made it feel more authentic, but evenings were surprisingly quiet. The building itself has this solid feel to it; you know those places where you can hear every footstep above you? This isn’t that. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no lengthy presentations about amenities I’ll never use, just the essential info and genuine recommendations about the area. The staff seemed to actually know the neighborhood, not just the scripted highlights. If you’re the type who likes having space to decompress after long days of exploring, but still wants hotel-level service when you need it, this hits that sweet spot perfectly. It’s got that rare combination of feeling both polished and livable.

  Ideal location (in case you travel by car), paid street parking with barely any parking checks. A restaurant Boska Praga some meters away from the apartment. Nicely decorated, well-maintained flat with a coffee-machine. Nice terrace that we'll probably check during our next visit.

  Very nice, modern and clean apartment. Situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, not far from the subway. Grocery stores near by. Didn't have any troubles with checking in and out. The terrace was simply amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there.

  The apartment is located close to the city centre. You may park your car in the underground parking lot just around the corner. There is also a shop in the groundfloor of the building and a nice pub with craft beers is located nearby. So everything is so easily accesible. And the terrace offers you a place to chill out and watch the skyline. The stay in this apartment was really a pleasent one.

  The apartment is nice, warm and very convenient. It has two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There's a balcony in one of the bedrooms and a fantastic terrace with furniture. The beds have very comfortable mattress and pillows, we had a great rest. On the first floor of the building you can find a grocery store. The covered parking with a key access is available for the guests with a car. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!

  Amazing one of a kind terrace, modern building with stylish new rooms, all the needed amenities, free underground parking, not far away from the center. All in all, it was an amazing stay.

  Probably the best I have been into. It was clean, neat, cozy. Everything new and functional, With all the necessary facilities..The beautiful garden roof ,with the garden sofa, was amazing. ❤️
  The area was very nice. Quiet and safe!
  Five minutes walk to metro, tram and bus station.
  The small supermarket under the building was very convenient.
  Pool was extra plus!!
  Last but not least,the owner was very helpfulness with the important information.

  Very well quipped and maintained apartment, the coffee machine is a huge plus. Some nice views also included. Stable WiFi connection and the beds were awesome. The apartment is not the largest one, but definitely with a good alignment of furniture. Definitely worth returning back.
