This four-star property sits in the Ochota district, which feels more like real Warsaw than the polished city center. The building has that solid, unpretentious look that makes you think the locals probably know something good about this place.

Ochota is one of those neighborhoods that grows on you — it’s residential enough to feel authentic but well-connected enough that you’re not stranded. The tram lines along Grójecka will get you downtown in about 15 minutes, and there’s something satisfying about riding with commuters instead of just tourists. You know what I really appreciated? The couples who stay here consistently rate the location 8.8 out of 10, and after spending time in the area, I get why. There are proper grocery stores nearby, local cafés where you can actually get a table, and you’re close enough to Łazienki Park for morning runs.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment setup here is what sets Triton apart from typical hotel stays. Each unit feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room — there’s a proper kitchen with full-size appliances, which means you can actually cook if you want to. I mean, the breakfast is good (more on that later), but sometimes you just want to make your own coffee at 6 AM without getting dressed. The living areas have enough space to spread out, and the bedrooms feel separate enough that you’re not living on top of each other if you’re traveling with family or friends.

Breakfast & Practical Matters

The continental breakfast hits all the right notes without trying too hard — fresh bread, local cheeses, proper coffee, and they actually do a decent job with vegetarian options. It’s served in a bright dining area that doesn’t feel like a hotel cafeteria, which I appreciated. The parking situation deserves a mention too, because finding a spot in Warsaw can be a real headache. Having private parking on-site means one less thing to worry about, especially if you’re planning day trips outside the city.

What really works about Triton Apartments is how it balances independence with hotel services. You get the space and flexibility of having your own place, but there’s still someone at the front desk if you need recommendations or help with anything. The 7.9 rating reflects what I experienced — it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers on the things that actually matter for a comfortable stay. Couples especially seem to love it here, probably because you can have romantic dinners in your own space or venture out to explore the city’s restaurant scene without feeling tied to hotel meal times.

  Dishwasher, washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: 1. The staff do not understand English and speak it very poorly.
  2. Initially, we were four people but were given a room for two.
  3. There was a noticeable smell of food in the room.
  4. The furniture is worn out.
  5. The blanket had a hole in it.

  The price, the help of the security agent at night and the Chef of the restaurant. They offered me a gentle help and a nice greeding that I didn't received when I got my keyz. A "welcome " it's always appréciable in a rental. It was my second but my last with triton appartement, the next time I will only rent with triton park appartement, the greeding is very kind and professional, thanks to Julia for his help.Bests regards

• Disappointing Experience – Lack of Cleanliness and Maintenance – Iryna from Ukraine – March 10, 2025 (3/10)

  The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient transport connections, allowing for quick access to the airport and city center.
  
  What could be improved: I have never encountered such an attitude towards guests before.
  
  The bed was not changed after the previous guests, and visible stains were left on it (photos attached). The toilet paper roll had traces of blood. I don’t know what happened in this room, but replacing dirty paper and changing the bedding is the bare minimum required for renting out a room.
  
  The balcony door also doesn’t work—when trying to open it, it wouldn’t close properly. The security guard at the reception mentioned that this is a common issue in the hotel and advised not to use the balcony door at all.
  
  We had a late check-in, and despite calling three different phone numbers to request a room change, no one answered.
  
  Additionally, there was an ashtray on the balcony, even though the check-in documents clearly stated that smoking is strictly prohibited and subject to an 800 PLN fine. I don’t smoke, but this raises the question—why place an ashtray where smoking is forbidden?
  
  It is very disappointing that we had to spend the night in such conditions.
  
  I strongly recommend that the hotel management assign a dedicated manager to inspect the work of housekeeping staff, as failing to clean a room after previous guests is completely unacceptable.
  
  For those considering booking this hotel, I suggest looking for alternative options.

• Great place for one night – Urtė from Lithuania – February 13, 2025 (7/10)

  The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the mirrors were big and nice, the underground parking and was great and safe. We were given tea, coffee, microwave, teapot.
  
  What could be improved: The window didn't open fully, the TV and wifi weren't working, it was confusing to find the correct reception as they were three receptions with the same name and our reception didn't have a sign and we had to walk in to the lobby of some building to get our keys.

  Good location, heating works well, bed is comfortable
  
  What could be improved: The window/door to the balcony doesn’t fit well in the framework – the wind was blowing from outside. Bad noise isolation- u can hear everything your neighbors say. The bathroom needs renovation – there are black spots of fungus in the bath. TV didn’t work – there should be instruction of use

  Apartment was clean and quiet. All amenities were there, I used the iron and the hairdryer. Good water pressure and spacious shower. Entrance was easy to find. Easy to check-in, arrived around 9pm and the key was waiting at the security desk.
  Hassle free experience for a single night.
  
  What could be improved: Furniture, especially in the bathroom, was low quality, it felt like it'd fall apart if touched the wrong way. Balcony door was broken and impossible to fully close, thankfully the night was warm. Small, single duvet, not suitable for two people. Confusing check-out, I was unsure where should I leave the key but was directed by the cleaning lady.

  The apartment was beautiful with a very nice balcony, very clean and confortable and nicely decorated. It was in a friendly area and close to local transport
  
  What could be improved: The staff didn't speak English at all. As people who work in this industry I consider that knowing a common language is necessary, we could barely understand each other. Also the breakfast concept is a bit confusing (it is catered and delivered at the door daily) and the food is not the best and definitely not worth the money.

  The location is perfect. The apartment building is excellent, and the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we needed. The balcony was a pleasant spot to relax after a long trip. The furniture and bathroom were also quite good.
  
  What could be improved: Initially, there was no one available to open the entrance door, and when someone did appear, they didn’t seem to understand what we needed. However, they eventually remembered, and after that, everything went smoothly. Based on my experience, it would be much easier and more convenient to pick up the key from a locker box.
  
  Additionally, I would suggest that the owner provide a new second set of bed linens. The sheet provided was not suitable for the couch and could not be used, and the set was quite old and worn out.

  The location and ease of access with nearby stores was very easy to use. It was located nearby easy transportation assets as well as many locations for food that was quite easy to have access to.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of air conditioning or fans readily available. Recommend that there be multiple fans placed there for future uses. For the TV, havea smart TV that can be logged in with some streaming apps as well as being able to have the settings switched to English or have subtitles at some point.

  The apartment was easy to access, clean with all the necessary things and shopping amenities conveniently located just a few meters off the main entrance. The staff /owner was very nice and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The drain in the shower needs some proper cleaning as it clogs up and then you end up standing in ankle deep water which isn't very nice.
  
  But that's the only thing. Everything else was super clean and the stay was very enjoyable.
