Great place for one night

The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the mirrors were big and nice, the underground parking and was great and safe. We were given tea, coffee, microwave, teapot.

What could be improved: The window didn't open fully, the TV and wifi weren't working, it was confusing to find the correct reception as they were three receptions with the same name and our reception didn't have a sign and we had to walk in to the lobby of some building to get our keys.

What could be improved: The window/door to the balcony doesn’t fit well in the framework - the wind was blowing from outside. Bad noise isolation- u can hear everything your neighbors say. The bathroom needs renovation - there are black spots of fungus in the bath. TV didn’t work - there should be instruction of use

Decent, but I expected better quality for the price of a hotel room.

Apartment was clean and quiet. All amenities were there, I used the iron and the hairdryer. Good water pressure and spacious shower. Entrance was easy to find. Easy to check-in, arrived around 9pm and the key was waiting at the security desk.
Hassle free experience for a single night.

What could be improved: Furniture, especially in the bathroom, was low quality, it felt like it'd fall apart if touched the wrong way. Balcony door was broken and impossible to fully close, thankfully the night was warm. Small, single duvet, not suitable for two people. Confusing check-out, I was unsure where should I leave the key but was directed by the cleaning lady.

The apartment was beautiful with a very nice balcony, very clean and confortable and nicely decorated. It was in a friendly area and close to local transport

What could be improved: The staff didn't speak English at all. As people who work in this industry I consider that knowing a common language is necessary, we could barely understand each other. Also the breakfast concept is a bit confusing (it is catered and delivered at the door daily) and the food is not the best and definitely not worth the money.

I liked the apartment and would consider staying again if the mentioned issues could be resolved.

The location is perfect. The apartment building is excellent, and the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we needed. The balcony was a pleasant spot to relax after a long trip. The furniture and bathroom were also quite good.

What could be improved: Initially, there was no one available to open the entrance door, and when someone did appear, they didn’t seem to understand what we needed. However, they eventually remembered, and after that, everything went smoothly. Based on my experience, it would be much easier and more convenient to pick up the key from a locker box.

Additionally, I would suggest that the owner provide a new second set of bed linens. The sheet provided was not suitable for the couch and could not be used, and the set was quite old and worn out.

It was enjoyable.

The location and ease of access with nearby stores was very easy to use. It was located nearby easy transportation assets as well as many locations for food that was quite easy to have access to.

What could be improved: Lack of air conditioning or fans readily available. Recommend that there be multiple fans placed there for future uses. For the TV, havea smart TV that can be logged in with some streaming apps as well as being able to have the settings switched to English or have subtitles at some point.

Quality business stay

The apartment was easy to access, clean with all the necessary things and shopping amenities conveniently located just a few meters off the main entrance. The staff /owner was very nice and helpful.

What could be improved: The drain in the shower needs some proper cleaning as it clogs up and then you end up standing in ankle deep water which isn't very nice.

But that's the only thing. Everything else was super clean and the stay was very enjoyable.
