Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Warsaw Premium Apartments Old Town feels like stepping into a beautifully restored piece of Warsaw’s history. The building sits right on the cobblestones of the Old Town Market Square — I mean, you literally can’t get more central than this. What struck me immediately was how they’ve managed to blend modern four-star comfort with the authentic charm of this UNESCO World Heritage area. The entrance has that refined European elegance without being stuffy, and honestly, the staff made me feel like I was checking into a friend’s upscale apartment rather than a typical hotel.
Location That Actually Matters
You know what’s incredible about this spot? You’re standing in the exact heart of Warsaw’s most photographed square. I could walk out the front door and be surrounded by those iconic colorful townhouses within seconds. The Royal Castle is practically next door, and St. John’s Cathedral is just a short stroll away. But here’s the thing couples especially love — when the day-trippers head home, you get to experience the square in this magical golden hour light, almost like you have it to yourself. The location score of 9.8 makes complete sense when you realize you’re saving both time and money on transportation.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your standard hotel rooms — they’re actual apartments with proper kitchens and living spaces. Mine had this wonderful mix of contemporary furnishings and subtle nods to Polish design, with windows that opened right onto the market square (though you can request quieter courtyard views if you prefer). The kitchen was fully equipped, which turned out to be perfect for picking up fresh bread and local cheese from the morning market below. I particularly appreciated the washing machine — such a practical touch when you’re staying longer than a night or two.
Daily Life in the Old Town
What I loved most was how staying here let me experience the rhythm of the Old Town like a temporary resident. Mornings start with the gentle sounds of the market setting up, and evenings bring this lovely buzz from the restaurants and cafes that line the square. The building itself is remarkably quiet considering the location — I think it’s the thick historic walls. You’re also perfectly positioned to explore beyond the tourist areas; the New Town and trendy Praga district are easy walks, and the metro connection gets you anywhere else in Warsaw quickly.
Why Guests Love It
There’s something special about falling asleep and waking up in the heart of Warsaw’s most beautiful square. The combination of that unbeatable location with the space and amenities of a proper apartment creates this perfect balance — you get the romance and history of staying in a centuries-old market square, but with all the modern comforts you actually need. Couples consistently rate the location so highly because it’s genuinely romantic, especially in the evening when the square is lit up and much quieter. Plus, having a kitchen means you can grab ingredients from the local shops and create your own little Warsaw experience.
The luxury concierge service in Warsaw offers personalized access to private historical collections, fine dining experiences, and VIP cultural events in this dynamic Polish capital.

Guest Reviews
Location is super! Heart of old town. So clean, so comfy, host is super!
Great location with all required amenities. Great bathroom facilities.
It was super easy to get to the appartment. Clear instructions...how to retrieve the key, where to find parking ...
It’s a 3 bedroom apartment which is exactly what we wanted, it has all what you need - kitchen, laundry, and a public parking nearby.
The best thing is the location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, it’s in the old town so it’s a walking distance from most places to visit.
The only issue is that there is no air conditioning, I know it’s not allowed to set an outside unit due to old town regulations but a small portable air condition would have been nice, the owners did gave us additional fans when we requested, but on hot days it’s really uncomfortable to stay in the apartment.
Excellent location.
