  Good new apartments, overall great.
  
  What could be improved: Loud at day – apartments are on the first floor and on the ground floor below there is a grocery store and a cafe. The shower looks modern but not the best solution to not put a door – water easily gets out and floods the bathroom. So you need to stand at a specific angle to avoid water leaking from the shower.

  Well priced, relatively new and decently equipped apartment in Bielany, short walking distance to metro station, tram stops and local shopping mall, ca 40 min drive from Modlin airport. Perfect for a small family, with a balcony, in somewhat quiet and secured part of the building (first floor, with a lift). Communicative host. All necessary amenities were provided and working. The apartment was generally clean and tidy

  The apartment is super clean. All you need you can find there – ironing board, iron, kitchen accessories. Silent apartment, no noise from neighbors. Easy access to the public transport. Local bakery with incredible bread nearby.

  Almost evering was great. From start to end. FLat in good shape and there was clean, not mess. Good view from Balcony. Easy check-in. Accessability to flat assets. Television is advantage there.
  
  What could be improved: There 3 things, but small ones. The toilet could be in better shape. At the beginning there was a little confused with navigation (but it is not Owner's fault), coz it is new building and navi couldn t get it and the last one – it is quite far to M1 by foot (but it is also not Owner's fault).

  Very cozy, modern apartment, actually newly build, with an underground parking, equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. Small supermarket in the ground floor of the building. Very helpful and communicative host who guides you through remote check in and answers all your questions. Approximately 2 km away there is a local catering bar with amazing home made food – "Obiadkowo". Every day different menu. This apartment and location didn't deserve any dislikes, I highly recommend to stay here.
