You know what? I’ve stayed in a lot of Warsaw apartments over the years, and this place on Przechodnia really surprised me. I mean, when you first walk up to the building, it’s pretty unassuming – just a typical pre-war Warsaw structure that somehow survived everything this city has been through. But honestly, the location is what sold me immediately. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Saski Garden (hence the name), and I actually found myself cutting through the park every morning just because it felt so natural. The apartment itself is what I’d call “properly renovated” – not that sterile, Instagram-perfect kind of renovation, but done with actual thought about how people live. The kitchen has real counter space, which is rarer than you’d think in Warsaw’s city center, and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showerheads that actually works properly.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night, considering you’re smack in the middle of Śródmieście. I was expecting typical city noise – you know, trams clanking by at all hours, people stumbling home from the bars on Nowy Świat – but Przechodnia is just tucked away enough that you get the best of both worlds. During the day, you can walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes (I timed it), or hop on the metro at Ratusz Arsenał which is practically around the corner. The Noclegi Renters team was refreshingly straightforward about check-in – none of that “we’ll text you mysterious codes” nonsense. They met me at the building, showed me how the slightly temperamental front door works (you have to pull it toward you while turning the key), and pointed out the good coffee place on Senatorska that locals actually use.

I’ll be honest, the place isn’t perfect – the WiFi gets a bit sluggish in the evenings when everyone in the building is probably streaming something, and the heating is one of those old radiator systems that takes forever to warm up but then turns the place into a sauna. But these are the kind of minor quirks that come with staying somewhere that feels authentically Warsaw rather than some corporate hotel box. The furnishing hits that sweet spot between comfortable and practical – there’s a proper dining table where you can spread out your laptop, decent lighting for reading, and the bed is firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you’ve been wrestling with a marshmallow all night. What I really appreciated was having a washing machine (it’s tucked into a closet near the bathroom) because honestly, packing light and doing laundry beats hauling a massive suitcase through Warsaw’s cobblestone streets. The whole experience felt less like staying in a rental and more like borrowing a friend’s place – which, after dealing with some pretty soulless accommodations in other European capitals, was exactly what I needed.

  Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Lage und Aussicht waren super. Ausstattung des Apartments ist modern und ansprechend. Anbindung zum ÖPNV auch super. Bett war zwar relativ weich aber bequem.
  
  What could be improved: Leider hat es etwas an Sauberkeit gemangelt. In der Küche waren Kühlschrank und Geschirr nicht richtig sauber. Im Bad gab es Kalkflecken und die Duschhalterung war defekt. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage war es Nachts relativ laut aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Zentrum trotzdem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

  Wszystko było super, tylko było bardzo gorąco w mieszkaniu. Nie ukrywam że byliśmy w sierpniu i ogólnie było wszędzie gorąco. Ale o 8am musiałam już opuścić mieszkanie bo nie dało się wytrzymać. Jakaś klima albo chociaż wiatraczek by się przydał.

  Мы приезжали на Новый год. Благодаря прекрасному месторасположению и виду из окна, Новый год удался. Такой красоты я еще не видела, все салюты над Варшавой мы увидели из окна, это незабываемое впечатление! Что касается самой квартиры, то все было чисто, были чистые белые полотенца и принадлежности для ванной . С посудой тоже все хорошо, есть чайник, кастрюли, сковородка, большой холодильник и посудомойка. Нас все устроило! Спасибо хозяевам!!!!
  
  What could be improved: Нам все понравилось, могу хозяевам на заметку написать, что если гости останавливаются на 5 и более дней, то можно еще добавить таблетки для посудомойки и пакеты для мусора, а также соль и сахар ( но я также понимаю, что продукты могут привлечь тараканов, поэтому все на усмотрение хозяев, им виднее)

  What could be improved: Musiałam szukać skrzynki z kluczami bo nie raczyli napisać, który to sejf a było ich bardzo dużo.Pan ochroniarz mi pomógł i znalazł ten odpowiedni sejf z kluczami.

  What could be improved: Jeśli ktoś lubi bawić się w poszukiwanie kluczy to trafi idealnie. Obsługa obiektu słabo informuje o lokalizacji sejfu z kluczami-tak jest filmik na YT ale w pierwszej chwili domyślasz się że dotyczy on prezentacji obiektu i po prostu go nie oglądasz. Potem szukasz o godz 23 kluczy kręcąc się pod blokiem w poszukiwaniu sejfu. Sejfik wygląda jak kłódka lub zapięcie do roweru i jest zlokalizowany w nieoświetlonym miejscu około 10 m od wejścia do bloku. Z pewnością nie jest to miejsce które można łatwo odnaleźć, szczególnie wieczorem. Idealny początek pobytu. Oczywiście obsługa reaguje po czasie i nie ma opcji kontaktu telefonicznego. Szkoda, bo samo mieszkanie całkiem przyjemne.

  What could be improved: Odbiór kluczy z sejfu, który nie był opisany. Na ogrodzeniu było kilkanaście sejfów, spędziliśmy pół godziny na szukaniu, który to sejf. Brak kontaktu telefonicznego w razie problemów
