The balcony gets decent light throughout the day, which sounds minor but really isn’t when you’re spending extended time somewhere.

  The location was good and although our van couldn't fit in the under building car park (2m high and car park is 1.9m), they explained where we could park and there was plenty of street parking right outside anyway. There was plenty of bedding and a large fan for use which was fine and there being no air con didn't bother us. Plenty of crockery and a nice big table. Plenty of serving bowls and cooking trays/dishes etc. Nice big fridge and freezer. We were a family of 7 including a baby (4 other kids between 8 and 10) and it was a safe, happy environment for them. Big smart TV in living room. The shop downstairs is cheap, open good hours and has friendly staff. We were right outside the park so was great with the kids. There is the play parks, outdoor Lido, dry ski slope, restaurants and icecream parlour in the park too. We could also walk to Blue City (big shopping centre).

  What could be improved: Zbyt dużo biurokracji i nieintuicyjny system
  Aby odebrać klucze, musiałem założyć konto na zewnętrznym portalu, który regularnie się zawieszał. Nie rozumiem, dlaczego muszę ponownie udostępniać swoje dane osobowe, skoro rezerwacja była dokonana przez Booking, który już je posiada.
  Dodatkowo wymagano wpłaty 500 PLN kaucji – informacja ta nie była wystarczająco jasno przedstawiona przy rezerwacji.
  Cały system odbioru kluczy jest niepotrzebnie skomplikowany i mało przyjazny dla użytkownika.
