Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Varsovia Apartamenty Kasprzaka? The moment I walked in, it felt way more upscale than I expected from the name. I mean, Warsaw’s got plenty of apartment-style places, but this one actually nails that sweet spot between having your own space and getting proper hotel service.
The apartments themselves are honestly impressive β and I’m pretty picky about where I stay. Each unit feels like someone’s well-appointed city flat rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchens are fully kitted out (not just a sad mini-fridge and microwave situation), which is clutch if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids. The living areas have this modern Polish design thing going on β clean lines, good lighting, furniture that’s actually comfortable to sit on for more than five minutes. What I really appreciated was the attention to small details… proper blackout curtains, USB outlets where you actually need them, and bathrooms with decent water pressure. You’d be surprised how many places mess up the basics.
Location-wise, you’re in a pretty solid part of Warsaw that most tourists don’t stumble into by accident. It’s not right in the Old Town crush, but honestly that’s a good thing β you can actually breathe and the restaurant prices don’t make you wince. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see actual Varsovians going about their day, which I love. There’s decent public transport connections, and if you’re driving, parking isn’t the nightmare it is in some parts of the city. The area gets pretty quiet in the evenings, so don’t expect a party scene right outside your door, but for sleeping? Perfect. I stayed during what turned out to be a busy conference week in the city, and while other parts of Warsaw were completely booked or charging crazy rates, this place maintained its cool. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing β check-in was smooth, they actually answer their phones when you call, and housekeeping doesn’t barge in at 7 AM. With a 9.0 rating, I went in with high expectations, and yeah, they pretty much delivered. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone actually thought through what travelers need instead of just cramming beds into rooms and calling it good.
Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

Guest Reviews
Everything was good and clean about that place. Plus having Zabka near by is a plus !!
Amazing place for a good price.
Kitchen and bed are comfortable.
Spacious hotel, very clean rooms and bathrooms. I had everything that I needed
Obviously, recently completed and commissioned facility, all is new and shiny. We got upgrade on checking-in, not sure about the reason. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Very good abundant breakfast.
It was amazing experience. The hotel was by the main road on a very new area. Even our balcony was situated on this main road but inside was super quiet. We couldn't hear even the people living in a next rooms which is quite often a problem in another hotels. The apartment was one of the cheapest we chose and still was very beaufil.. Very nice and clean bathroom and.
The hotel was amazing. We paid for an amazing breakfast with a many variety of the different food, dips.. The sweat treats in the breakfast bufet weren't too sweet which was very nice surprise too.
You'll be happy if you visit them! π
